The room was full of black ants, how could a room like that in a Novotel? Plus, the breakfast wasn't very good.

The service is very good, the rooms are clean, recommended and you won't regret staying here for the money you pay.

Overall, it was good, but the phone in the room didn't work, making it a bit difficult to ask questions. The Wi-Fi access code wasn't provided upon check-in.

clean, adequate parking, delicious and varied food, next to it is a mall, the hotel is highly recommended, only the price should still be able to compete with other 4-star hotels in Pekanbaru with the same quality... or should provide promotions more often to attract new travelers.

Thank you Novotel, my family and I had a very memorable stay to celebrate our birthday. At first, at 12 o'clock, we just wanted to leave our luggage at the concierge because it was not the check-in schedule, but it turned out that the room was ready, we were allowed to enter the room straight away and there was already a birthday treat from Novotel 👍 The staff service and cleanliness are beyond doubt, hopefully Novotel management will be more successful, and will be back for another moment.

I have a late check-in at 7PM. Book the King and No Smoking room. The front office said they only have smoking room left available and said there is no special request from Expedia despite I book through app. Then in a few minutes they said they have non smoking room for single bed but they can combine as a king bed.

Beyond expectations, at that price, it's not really worth it, like a room priced at 600. Add 150 more for breakfast for 1 more person because breakfast is only included for 1 person. Then the only room that is ready is a smoking room even though I brought a baby. I wanted to cancel but couldn't get a refund. It's really crazy
