Clean and Good services. Very Respectful Staffs

Got a free upgrade after an initial stay & loved that room even more!

It's at a convenient location and it's close to restaurants, convenient stores and subway. On the bad side, the age of the furniture in the room starts to show and the hallway of the hotel is not cleaned properly. I could smell something weird once I stepped out from the room.

Easy location about 5-7 minutes walk from bus stop or Yeoksam subway station. Staff is great. Lovely big bed too.

The staff and service were great and there was easy on-site parking. It was easy to walk to the subway, and there were convenient stores and cafes nearby. The hotel room itself looked old and dirty. There were stains on the walls, coffee table, and bath tub. The leather on the couches was peeling. Probably won’t stay here again.

The walls of the room was super dirty, but the staff is great!

Very nice hotel stay. We were given a free upgrade on one of our bookings and the staff was very attentive and friendly. Over all a good stay.

Staff was really helpful, room was clean, could use a little paint job but I thought the room was really good and cozy! They even kept our luggage while we hang out during the day!

It was unique in that it wasn't the most easiest to find, but this was more than made up by the fact that it was a very good hotel. It was in the heart of Gangnam, so within reach of many places for tourists. I was pleasantly surprised by the amenities in my room, and the staff were helpful. The only pieces of feedback I'd say is to provide some kind of hand sanitiser as this was missing, and maybe either non-slippers or a carpeted floor as I almost slipped a few times after a shower. Other than that, highly recommend!

Great location. Outstanding staff making all effort although they do not speak much English. Hotel would be great if only they had hooks for towels, places to put away cloth and left more than one bath towel although we got an extra one everyday. Would go back!

Good hotel and great for the price. Only complaint would be lack of food options in nearby area.

I booked a double room for 9 days and don’t understand why they only gave me one bath towel, we have to call everyday for an extra one, it was a bit inconvenient. Also, we need to remind them to clean our room or else it would be left unclean. Other than that, everything was great. Bed was comfortable, things were clean. Staffs were helpful. Location is near gangnam, and its easy to take taxi to everywhere. Transportation were great. Love it in general!
