This hotel is comfortable and the location is good. The price is a bit more expensive.

I stayed in the Deluxe Queen room and was impressed with the cleanliness and spacious layout. Amenities were complete—iron and board, safety box, clear TV channels, and even a qibla arrow for convenience. The mini fridge had chargeable soft drinks, which was handy. Service was excellent: the staff at the lobby helped with luggage, and check‑in at 2pm was quick and easy. Reception made the process smooth, so I could settle into my room without any hassle. In‑room dining was delicious, and the breakfast buffet was decent with an egg station—don’t expect a five‑star spread, but it does the job. Overall, Hotel Aifa offers great value with attentive service, comfortable rooms, and a central location. Perfect for a practical and pleasant stay in Labuan.

The hotel, in its entirety, was exceptional. The room was notably spacious, and my sea-view accommodation was particularly delightful. The bathroom was equipped with a bidet. Furthermore, the hotel provided face towels, and the room's ambiance was quite pleasant. However, the breakfast was so so. Unfortunately, the breakfast offerings were a bit disappointing during my recent stay. The variety of options seemed limited. I was hoping for a more extensive selection to choose from. Hopefully, future guests will find improvements in this area. Seriously, the folks working here were so awesome. They genuinely seemed happy to help with anything I needed. It made the whole stay so much more enjoyable. If you're looking for a place with great service, this is it! I couldn't have asked for a better welcome. For your convenience, the hotel offers car park spaces. These parking areas are conveniently located either in the basement or at the rear of the establishment.

Had a great stay at Hotel Aifa. The room was clean and spacious, staff were friendly, and the location in town is super convenient.

The location is quite centered, near to local cafe/restaurant nearby, only walking distance, near to Labuan Gallery. Had Deluxe room and it was spacious, comfort bed and pillows, very clean room, not to mention the bathroom, very neat and clean. Tried their breakfast and surprisingnya provide variety menu, Asian and Western food available. Definitely recommended hotel to stay in.

1 night book for Executive room around 380+MYR and it's awesome. Best view spot and looks luxury.

Front office staff not well train, Restaurant staff not prepare the table as per usual. No greeting upon arrival, Food serve not up to the expectation. Simple menu.

The hotel is close to Labuan City, and shopping centers are just a short walk away.

It is best to have the room provided, hopefully more room.

The blankets are a bit dirty, they just don't look like "cover blankets" just cover the mattress n pillows.

Waiters at the place to eat are not good, drinking water quickly runs out at the breakfast place is not filled. And I just ate an instant food kept in store. The point is the waiter in the restaurant is not good, what can I do because I have children and my wife just hold it.
