Helpful staff. Well positioned for exploring. Everything clean. Apartment could do with more kitchen utensils including a kettle

Reception was not there 24/7 as indicated. Asked for assistance with washer and was advised to just slam the door shut.

The a/c did not work, the in room washing machine did not work. Poor maintenance.

Great location and the apartment was spacious and clean.

Convenient location in an old property that has been poorly maintained. The shower door was broken, the freezer door was broken, the washing machine door was broken & we had to get front desk assistance every time we did a load of laundry. Location was convenient to old town.

Great location and price Did not like that the bathrooms had tile w black mold, the toilet kept running, there was a fire alarm beeping all the time but the location and close to everything made up for it!

Nice quiet location close to the parks and downtown Pontevedra. Spacious rooms, sound-proof windows, washing machine, refrigerator, electric stove ensure a comfortable stay.

Basic accommodations although plenty of space in the room/apartment. Fridge, appliances, etc. The beds are old and could do with an upgrade. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is basic -croissant, yogurt, juice. Good location - close to the old town, restaurants, attractions. Good WiFi.

A very pleasing apartment in Pontevedra. Very accommodating reception staff, storing our bikes overnight in their office, a lovely café on the 2nd floor and really easy to visit the sights from. Very happy to recommend these apartments, excellent value for money. (just wish European hotels provided a kettle, although we were able to boil water in the saucepan)

Great location for exploring Pontevedra and the area. Count on paying for parking as the probability of finding street parking is near zero, but there are two public lots within a few blocks. Hotel staff was great. Hotel cafeteria provides typical continental breakfast and coffee - not much protein. Also includes a bar and sandwich menu if you aren´t going out.

We were pleased with the location and the spaciousness if our apartment. However, the furnishings were pretty old, the kitchen was not well equipped and the WiFi barely worked. We were comfortable, but would not stay there again.

Hotel aparentemente antigo. Apartamento espaçoso, com bom padrão de limpeza, precisando de manutenção (a porta do banheiro não fechava direito, emperrando no chão, aparentemente por estar estufada pela umidade). O estacionamento é pago (6,60 euros por dia) e um pouco afastado do hotel, mas é bom e seguro. Café da manhã fraco (para os padrões brasileiros), servido em uma cafeteria dentro do hotel, apenas duas tostas acompanhadas de manteiga e geléia, uma xícara de café e um copo de suco de laranja. Atendimento bom com recepcionistas esforçados e simpáticos.
