Didnt stay went to another hotel it was so bad

This property needs a regular maintenance and housekeeping crew. Broken bathroom faucets, flooring peeled up and nailed back down, refrigerator falling apart with crumbs and hair on the shelves, microwave with food splattered all over, bedding was wrinkled and stained. No TP. Mirrors smeared. Overall, nothing an observant housecleaner couldn’t remedy.

I called to cancel the reservation upon pulling into the property when I was told that you could not park on property as they were black topping the parking lot. I was told to park across the road at the comfort in! heavy fumes from black topping is not safe for someone with asthma to breath. they should not have been taking online reservations knowing they were doing this and that you COULD NOT park at their facility. I requested a cancellation and refund. it was unacceptable! ended up staying at comfort in

Tv did not work had a funny smell as well

Everything was about as good as you can get for the price i paid. They were average on cleanliness. No issues with anything beside the wifi was very poor and the cable box wasnt working for me. So, if you just want a cheap place to stay, this is your place. If you want ammenities like good wifi and a workable tv for your down time, i would suggest somewhere else.

Purchased a room and was told that we didn't have a room and they were at full capacity. Never again. Guy didn't even care either it's just my money not there's.

Your own access to room you have access to a door that is directly leads outside

Bed bugs huge adult bed bugs i had to flee with a dog abd head to tge vet for treatment of my dog, car and self

Tried it out , been staying up in kenosha for work , been staying at country inn or comfort inn but their prices go up big time for the week , gave value Inn a try based on pictures definitely not like the pictures!! Could hear dog in room next store barking all night , same room guy has tv on at 2 in the morning

Very outdated, pictures online are not accurate, heat barely works…heat was off in room and was freezing. Door to room blasting in cold air. Toilets and bathroom disgusting. Tv remote had no back, microwave absolutely disgusting. Blankets on beds terrible all around terrible place never again We were switched to another room and the toilet was leaking and black crud on the bathroom ceiling

The clerk was very stern on. O smoking in room,the first thing we found was pile of cug ashes on the nightstand.no clerk after 11 so no ice

The staff is very friendly and approachable. They will handle any problems. I have stayed several times and honestly it's a relaxing place when you're in need of that

washrooms are dirty

Nice place at a reasonable price.

Everything was dirty and crusted with dust. The room smelled horrible!! The fridge and microwave smelled. There were bugs. The bed appeared clean and that’s really what I needed. But it would have been nice to have coffee when I woke up but even the packets of coffee were old and dirty. Do NOT take kids here. AND when I checked out they wouldn’t give me a receipt! Very sketchy to me. I’ll be checking my credit card as soon as I get home.

Arrived 10 pm .check in took 3 minutes.. rooms have been upgraded
