PRICE: above average LOCATION: good, 10 min from downtown CLEANLINESS: clean enough, but do not expect luxury. ACCOMODATION: no duvets or sheets unless asked for. Our room came with a linen blanket and that is all. Feels extremely bare. PROPERTY CONDITION: pretty bad. Every wall had water damage or scuffs. Appliances had dents. Feels very poor.

We had a wonderful stay at Jasmin Elite Residence & Spa, and what made it truly unforgettable was the exceptional service from Burcu Şahin. From the moment we arrived, Burcu was incredibly attentive and helpful. She handled all our reservations with such efficiency, recommended amazing places to visit and dine, and always made sure we had everything we needed. Her dedication and kindness turned our trip into a smooth, memorable experience. Thanks to her, we discovered the best of Bodrum and made the most of our vacation. She’s a true asset to the hotel, and we are so grateful for her support throughout our stay. Highly recommend this hotel — and make sure you get in touch with Burcu when you arrive!

Beautiful complex, multiple pools and spa facilities. Apartment was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was average. Walkable distance to the marina. Walls are thin between apartments. I was wakened in the middle of the night by neighbours phone alarm going off for 30mins!

Thank you for an amazing stay. The hotel and the staff were 10/10 and we’d definitely stay here again when we come back to Bodrum The hotel is clean with a great gym and spa. It’s close to the beach and city centre and is just good vibes. Highly recommend

We had a lovely stay at Jasmin Elite Residence. The staff were very nice and helpful, particularly İbrahim who gave us a room upgrade and let us stay a few hours after check out time due to a problem with our flight. The staff also arranged a taxi from the airport for us. The washing machine is very handy in the room and there is a lovely view from the balcony. The hotel was very good at communicating with us! There is a lovely spa with very nice staff as well! Breakfast was very good! We look forward to returning to Jasmin Elite Residence! Thanks

This hotel had everything we we looking for to have a relaxing time. Spacious rooms to indoor and outdoor pools to well equipped gym, steam room, sauna to an excellent restaurant with room service and complimentary breakfast that was absolutely delicious. Best of all, Burcu the guest relationship manager went out of the way to be helpful and provided excellent information about places to visit and restaurants to eat at! She and the all the staff at the hotel were friendly, sweet and helpful. We loved our stay there and recommend it highly!

Staff is very nice and polite, however the cleaning crew is horrible. Furniture is full of dust and toilets are not properly cleaned. The property was probably very nice some day but it lacks maintenance. Water leak in the bathroom kept the floor wet at all times. I was locked in the bathroom as the door handle was broken. After complaining the maintenance crew was sent but they didn’t repaired it properly and the problem continued. This hotel has great potential but needs to improve cleaning and maintenance. Breakfast was really good but the “chef” is terrible and can’t even fry an egg properly.

Lovely hotel with beautifully presented rooms equipped with a kitchen and washing machine which was so practical. Thank you once again to management and all the lovely staff at the hotel.

Lovely property, nice pools and great location. We had a 1 bed apartment which wasn’t very clean, we stayed 3 nights and the empty glasses from room service from the previous guests were outside our door when we arrived and when we left. Cigarette butts on the patio. Very loud music around the main pool with a lot of uncensored lyrics. All in all for a short stay it was good, the apartment was huge, just a bit tatty.
