Nice hotel, if you’re not dressed like a millionaire the security might have doubts that your checked into the hotel

I love Lebanon

We were visiting from NY and Dubai. The stay here was just amazing. The facilities, cleanliness, and food was really good. What was way beyond good was the people, from the front desk to the staff around the pool and at breakfast. They were all beyond expectations. Amazing visit and would love to come again.

Excellent service, available 24 hours to assist you. Beautiful hotel on the beach, I am looking forward to staying there in the near future.

I highly recommend anyone looking to relax in the summer time to choose this hotel. The main reason I gave this hotel a 5-star review is due to the staff. By the pool, Nadim was at my side willing to help me with anything I needed, and was friendly and likable. Rima was a great waitress. The dining staff was also excellent, especially Iman and Sybell, the hostess and waitress at their dine-in restaurant. They were very helpful and lovely. I also loved this hotel's facilities and amenities. They have the best shower I ever used.

Maid service was our only problem and the pool needs major repairs

Staff at the property were amazing. Although everyone was great Elya was the highlight of the property. She was so friendly, helpful, delightful, and so nice to my son. Sarah was also very good and very helpful. Shisha guy down stairs wissam or wassam, always made sure my shisha was perfect. All and all what a great time will be returning again with my family.

Service was amazing and they quickly deliver when you ask for anything you need. Very generous with toiletries and towels. Rooms are always properly cleaned. Staff is courteous and friendly and very helpful.

As always, this property is my favorite goto, when in Beirut. Suggestions: 1) Reopen access to lower beach pool area from upper pool area. This closure was a major change causing customer inconvenience to have to enter through parking lot. This did affect us on this trip. 2) The lobby lounge was closed at 7 PM every day. 3) There has clearly been a management change. Former team was more engaging with the patrons, particularly the return guests. We did not see one manager approach guests to see how they were enjoying their stay. There is a different vibe than previous management. 4) if items on the offered menu are not available, a listing should be provided to let the customer know what is or is not currently available. The front desk staff and ladies in red were phenomenal as usual. Cleaning staff was fantastic. Thank you to Farah, Ahmed, Mohammad, Taline, Ryan and Charble and Dania, outstanding service. 😀👍

The hotel is good but need to be improved in some facilties, as the breakfast area .
