Enjoyable stay with great hosts

Lando & Tizianna are great hosts and want you to enjoy your stay. The location is great to get to restaurants and walk the beach area. We chose the B&B because of secure parking but were rewarded with a nice stay and nice people to stay with.

Nice B&B near interesting sights. Nice restaurants within walking distance. Onsite parking. Lando, owner and operator, is charming, helpful, and serves an amazing breakfast.

Lando took very good care of us. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast in the garden was lovely. Parking was easy. Overall a wonderful stay.

The host were so very kind and wonderful to all their guest.Can not wait to visit Sicily again and stay at this B&B.

The first thing to say is "WOW", what a great place to stay - the entire place was beautiful and was such a perfect stop on our trip to Sicilia. The room was so nice and comfortable we didn't want to leave. The food was incredible and the host were just over the top awesome !!! We are very picky when we travel about cleanliness, value and customer service - we were so pleased that everything was even better than advertised - we will absolutely stay here again when we get the chance !!!! Bellisimo !! Bella !! Perfetto !!

When you think of a B&B this is exactly what comes to mind. The outside of the house looks a little modern, but as soon as you walk into the house the decor is simply darling…The reviews about the breakfast are so spot on. A lot of attention to detail, and very delicious. Landon the host is awesome!!!

I had a great time at this wonderful little B&B. Lando was a very friendly and helpful host. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The room was clean, comfortable with nice decor. It’s in a quiet neighbourhood only a short walk from the sea. Parking is on site and completely secure behind locked gates. Good location for visiting the Valle del Templei. Definitely recommend a stay at Villa Maiolica.

Wonderful stay. Lando was a fabulous host. Very clean and quiet. Great breakfast. Only complaint was hard bed and flat pillows.

Our room was large and airy with a wonderfully comfortable bed, a couch and efficient air conditioning. Breakfast was served in the garden and provided bread, salami, cheese, tomatoes and fruit. There were a number of condiments, cakes sweets and the hosts served tea and coffee. There is no parking free in the narrow street and limited parking on site so you leave your car keys out so cars can be moved. There is access to the kitchen for tea and coffee making and bottled water is provided. The hosts are genial and the stay was good value. The nearest restaurant was ten minutes walk away but had great Italian food and service.

Couldn't fault this place. Friendly people, good sized room, well decorated, superb breakfast in courtyard. A great place to stay in San Leone, where you can walk down to sea front for restaurants and only a 5 minute drive upto Agrigento temples.

Didn’t expect the 3 stars organic local massive selection of food for the breakfast! It was the best breakfast I ever had!!

Most gracious hosts. Homemade amazing breakfasts. Clean. Older property but well cared for with character and charm. Gated property with secure parking. Stocked fridge on honor system. Short walk to waterfront and multiple dining alternatives. Eight minute drive to Valley of the Temples

Exceptional stay! very well kept property, comfortable and very clean rooms. Lando and Tiziana are amazing! Outstanding breakfast, carefully crafted by passionate hosts who love their traditions and take particular attention to offer only local artisanal products to their guests. A perfect example of the legendary Sicilian hospitality. More than a B&B this is a true taste of Sicily!

The host and hostess were warm, gracious and charming. We felt totally welcome there. If my wife and I return to Sicily, we will definitely stay here. From the outside, it looks like a modern art museum. Inside, Baroque features in a classical tradition define the decoration and furnishings. The coffee was the best I've had i Sicily and probably all of Italy.

We had an excellent stay. The highlight was the authentic Sicilian breakfast served by the wonderful Host Lando. Freshly squeezed orange juice, water flavoured with limes and laurel, amazing cannaloni, fruits I’ve never had, fresh bread, cheeses, salami.... need I go on. And wonderful cappuccino. Thank you so much for your efforts.
