Pueden tener más variedad en el Buffet de desayuno que incluye al reservar la habitación (nos hemos quedado en varias ocasiones y era mejor y más variedad ) y el Personal del buffet lo poco que atendía era de mala cara y casi no ofrecía café ni estaba al pendiente.

Great location, great price, good breakfast included. Staff was Friendly and helpful. The roof needs some work. We had a leak in our room after q heavy rain. Also the bathroom extractor wasn’t working.

This hotel has perfect location for any person who enjoys to walk a little and the staff were all so very kind. The breakfast is amazing and the extended dining area lovely.

This Comfort Inn exceeded my expectations. Wonderful staff, super clean, super quiet, great breakfast buffet. It's a little further outside the centro historico but absolutely worth that additional walking time. Great value.

Todo muy bien. La única recomendación es que reemplacen la luz y extractor del baño, porque está muy oscuro y ruidoso. Fue el cuarto 304.

The hotel location is excellent. The front desk staff sometimes are not kind. Our card keys didn’t work this morning so I asked for help but it seems the person in charge was not in a good mood.

As shown online and all went smoothly. Comfortable and clean. Very pleasant front desk staff.

Nice upgrade. Walkable. There were young yahoos who partied all night & the staff wouldn't take any resolutive action. Otherwise, the ratings would have been higher.

Beautiful Place ,staff very helpful specially the morning lady at the desk and the night gentleman . When we arrived was Feria Time so parking was imposible and if you leave the car in any garage after 8am they charge by the hour also traffic was heavy.Do not bring a car!!!. Cholula and his people are the best have a great night
