The bed was shocking, pillows as hard as a rock and the shower barely got hot. Front desk people were great. Just not overly happy with the room.

Had a lovely week at the apartment. The building has a lovely charm and the rooms are spacious, modern and has everything you need. Would definitely stay again!

The staff were so kind to both me and my autistic daughter. They engaged in all of her conversations and made sure she had the most fantastic stay!

The lady at reception was very rude and wasnt nice or easy to deal with . The place was nice and clean but over priced for what it is when parking isnt included and you pay additional for parking .

I appreciated the local tourist information which was made available in the foyer

Overall an impressive experience. Convenient location, rooms of high quality and the customer service was exceptional. For 5-star rating would just need some form of in-house eatery and additional parking within security gates. Highly recommended nonetheless.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, apartment was very well equipped and the beds very comfortable. The complimentary toiletries were high quality. Kids loved the experience. Enjoyed walking along the harbour in the early morning sun. Parking was good and reception staff friendly. Good value for money.

Clean, older building than expected. Bed was very firm, pillows were comfortable. No nice view, shower had cracked tiles and a little mould. Good quality toiletries.

Very convenient situated. Close to Market town - Newcastle Interchange- trams and trains. Parking was a bit too expensive overnight. Missed fresh air in room

Amazing old building

Terrible smell from the bathroom. Smelt like sewerage. No indication was given of cost of parking on the street prior. Had it been raining entering the property would have been a night with a car and no parking. Reception staff were great but no tissues, no Gideon bible, no note book or pen in the room and no moisturiser. Was lacking in some areas particularly the smell.

Our studio was great. Neat & modern. But was on the ground floor so no view and airless. Staff excellent. Parking options. Very quiet, close to light rail station. 8/10

No problems and well set-up. However, the water pressure was lousy and it took ages to get hot water. Shower pressure was very poor.

Our 1 bedroom room was very well equipped and large than expected plus super quiet & dark. Great
