I liked the staff at checking in particular Pawel who was very helpful in advising us on useful apps to use in Gdansk.. The cleaning staff was also very forthcoming and the pool was enjoyable. The only negative was the swimming teacher on Thursday, who was quite rude and felt he owned the pool. That is a pity because all the other staff members were lovely.

Amazing hotel. Staff friendly and helpful! Situated just outside old town, great to get away from the busy streets. Only criticism would be the main restaurant, in the evening, has very little choice for kids to pick from.

The hotel itself was fine, but I don’t think it truly deserves to be called a 4-star property. The bed was quite small, just 140x200 cm, which felt disappointing for a 4-star hotel. There was also a large pillar right in the middle of our room, which made the space feel cramped and awkward. One of the receptionists I spoke with over the phone could have been a bit more pleasant, but it wasn’t a major issue. The breakfast buffet was just average—definitely not up to the standard I’d expect from a 4-star hotel. For the price I paid, I expected the hotel to be in better condition and offer a higher level of service. I don’t believe we will return there again.

We have had an enjoyable stay at the hotel, Breakfasts were very very good with lots of choice Evening meal which was very nice but we felt the portions could have been a little larger and maybe with a selection of seasonal veg but that is just our opinion and it wouldn’t have stopped us eating again there The spa was a lovely idea, so glad we booked the hotel for this experience, the staff always gave us a warm welcome Rooms are of a good size with everything you need, maybe a few extra tea,coffee, milk sachets wouldn’t go a miss, although when we asked for extra these were brought straight away On the whole our stay was lovely and we would certainly return and recommend to friends and family

Excellent location just off the busy network and easy reach of everything you need to see Our bed was on the hard side 5th floor room. Breakfast was best I’ve had for choice and quality xxxxx staff brilliant. Pool and spa lovely to chill in.

Only thing Internet slow. Sometimes stops working. This is most important thing. With out good internet I cannot return

Hotel was good, especially the space in the room and the Willness and SPA center..kids.enjoyed. Breakfast options were too many, it was also fantastic..

Great hotels close to the main city. Rooms were great, breakfast was great, we were so happy we left 4 bottles of Zubrowka behind as a tip.

The hotel itself is really nice. The pool and sauna area is fab. Frustrating that a baby class is in the water and the parents leave all their changing items on the beds as a dumping area, which is limited so there was lack of beds for people actually using them. It was the same same at other times, more beds/seats needed. Room was clean and pretty standard, was comfortable. Cleaned daily/towels replaced. Check in was friendly and explained everything. 10 minute walk to the centre (£3) for a bolt if weather not on your side. Didn’t eat at the hotel. So can’t comment. Overall a nice stay.

Verry clean hotel and room. Verry nice staff especially waiters during breakfast and the breakfast also was amazing. Wellness: quite big pool with warm water, steamroom and sauna. Jakuzzi is more bath with bubbles but also OK ;) Location: perfect - closse to main street and restaurants. WiFi OK

hotel blisko starego centrum. wygodny , wspaniałe śniadanie. basen długo otwarty, można skorzystać z łaźni , w recepcji dobre własnego wypieku ciasteczka. szybka odprawa. jest też restauracja ale było mało czasu żeby z niej skorzystać

An amazing stay, Hotel was very clean and modern, lots of choices for breakfast, room was spacious and comfortable. Hotel location very good, transport nearby and only a 15 minute walk to old town centre, shopping centre and Christmas Market but still a quiet location.

Hi,I am a gold member and I was expecting a free room upgrade but was told this was not available which I was a bit disappointed with.The facilities were good and the food and drink was yummy

Very friendly reception and dinning area staff, great spa area when it's all open and available. Good breakfast but the buffet area is a bit congested when it's busy. Having stayed before in single occupancy rooms with very narrow uncomfortable beds we were very greatful to the gentleman on reception for allocating larger double beds for our stay making the whole experience much more enjoyable, thank you. Definitely recommend a stay at this hotel.

Lovely reception and bar area lovely touch of tranquil music. Superb pool and steam room and sauna. If I had more time I would have had a treatment. I would have preferred a river view instead of the road view I am sure I requested this. The room was comfortable it had two pillows in middle of the room which was not great at night getting out of bed. It could have done with being painted scuff marks on the wall bathroom lovely with heated floor loved it. Staff extremely nice, friendly and helpful when our TV kept going off not sure if that was the tv or internet to be honest
