An amazing location within Diocletian's Palace, steeped in the history of Split as soon as you open the curtain each morning! Room was clean with ample room, fridge is appreciated too. Machine coffee and water cooler in common area was also a nice touch. My only things to note are that hot water didnt last long enough for 2 back to back showers, something to plan for. Also, the front door of the property doesn't inspire confidence when approaching - to say its 'non-descript' is a polite way of putting it! Once inside though, the room is exactly as shown, more than happy with value and comfort it provided

The location of our room was remarkable. Right in the middle of Diocletians Palace and a small walk away from multiple restaurants, bars and shops. We would have liked to be warned of the Bell Tower right out our window ringing at early hours of the morning, but outside of that, great place.

Location was awesome I guess you get what you pay for it’s quite affordable but missing a lot of things for me First of all upon arrival bathroom wasnt clean. No drinking water in the room, cheapest shampoo possible, no dental kit no slippers. I learned there was a communal kitchen upstairs 3 days later and apparently I could get water there. But calling it a luxury is a stretch.

This is a great spot in the heart of Split - the views are epic. Easy access to all of the local attractions and felt like you’re part of the experience.

Tony was a brilliant host. He was so easy to communicate with through phone or Whatsapp. He allowed us to keep our bags in the flat after check out as we had a late flight & could explore more of the city. The location of the apartment is absolutely superb!! Right in the centre of the Palace. The apartment is located in a pedestrian only zone so you do have to walk with your luggage through the cobblestone streets but the apartment is very easy to find. Everything worth seeing was within 5/10 min walking distance. Even when we ventured further we didn’t mind the walk through the stunning area. The bells from the bell tower do ring at 7am each morning so it can be an early start - the streets below can be busy & there is music playing from the square below until around midnight each night but we didn’t mind it was lovely. The room had wifi & great air conditioning. There was a small fridge that we could make use of. There was a TV but we didn’t use it much. There was stairs to each level that were lit by automatic lights from moving around. The stairs were not difficult to climb. On the third floor there was a small kitchenette that you could use for water/tea/coffee etc. Overall amazing accommodation!! Couldn’t recommend this place more!! When we return to Split we will definitely be booking PLR again!!

Love the location, we enjoyed the music coming from the Peristil until the end of the night. The room and bathroom was beautiful and very clean. Owner Tony was very helpful and knowledgeable of the history of Split. Our free breakfast was filling that it helped us start our day right. I would definitely recommend this place to family and friends. We parked our rented car a few blocks away, a little sacrifice to be in the heart of the old city.

This was truly the best hotel we stayed at while in Croatia. My mother and I could not have dreamed of a better location or host. It is in the same location as where they have the open air opera and we were able to watch the show from our window.

Near long-distance bus station, walking within 7 minutes. The staffs are helpful. But it is not a hotel then if you check out and need to left your luggage in their storeroom. It isn't any time has staff in there. Finally, I need to pay the storage fee for my luggage in bus station storeroom.

Good location right within the palace walls! Asked for a double bed but got twins, 3rd floor up a narrow winding staircase so very difficult with suitcases. Bell tower right outside window rang every morning at 6:00am and agsin at 7:15 so forget sleeping in. Live music and dancing in square right below window every night until 11:00pn which was nice unless you wanted to go to sleep to catch an early flight. Room itself was small but really nice. Spotless! Tony was very helpful!

Want to enjoy your time in Split? Stay in Peristil Luxury Rooms. I had the 4th floor room with the balcony at nearly the same height as the bell tower landing. AMAZING! Central to everything, clean, comfortable bed, and I can't stop talking about that balcony. Tony the host WhatsApped me the day before to coordinate; he met me at the harbor with a sign with my name on it and personally guided me to the apartment, with enthusiastic chatter regarding the history of Split along the way. What a special touch! You have to stay there!

Great place to stay right in the heart of the city, with everything you need right on your doorstep. Stunning buildings and great llaces to eat and drink. A liitle noisy on an evening and early wake up by the bells but what do you expect being in the middle of it all... would definitely stay here again... and the host was fab, especially carring our suitcase up the stairs.
