The Staff didn’t hold back with accommodations

Excellent place

I could write many details about the place which I believe are subject to change or just one’s opinion but mostly a stay is made comfortable when the staff are polite and dependable and friendly which was the case of my experience. And for that I loved my stay.

Very good

I booked a king-size bed through the website. I arrived at the hotel at 3 pm and there were no rooms available. The receptionist asked me to wait for 4 hours until the room was ready, and my luggage would be transferred to the reserved room. I went to the room at 7 pm and couldn't find my luggage. The room door was open when I entered. I went down to the reception and retrieved my luggage. The room's air conditioner was not working well, and it was very hot, with an unpleasant smell in the room. I always encounter bad experiences with the hotel, but unfortunately, I have to return to it because of its location, even the bed mattress is extremely uncomfortable.

I have given 4/5stars ⭐️ as the wellness centre and pool was open between 9am-10pm. I was out early and came back late and so couldn’t use it. It would have been better if it opened early and closed late.

Overall a good stay but pool and spa being out of order was a let down. Also the noise from the shopping mall refurb was bit annoying during the night.

We came one night for a wedding the hotel is near Mall of Qatar it consider good if you want shopping and same time a good place maybe the price for staying little bit expensive but it worth it The only bad thing its away from anything else

Comfortable

In a period of 6 hours, I had two people entering my room. One was after some knocking and no answer on my behalf as I was asleep. The other was without any sort of knocking, and walking in the room before releasing that it was occupied. Both were by hotel staff. Do not disturb sign was on, apologies from the hotel manager but nothing really is going to make me go back there again.

Location close to mall of Qatar But it it was not perfect at all

An excellent property attached to the Mall of Qatar. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. The overhead shower was broke but the shower wand worked. For some reason they use an extremely thick winter comforter on the bed. This was too thick for the room temperature and the thickness should be cut in half.

Amazing place very friendly. Nice for families

Only stayed for one night for business but was very impressed with rooms. Once the general area is more developed, it will be a great place to stay. Service was wonderful and prompt.
