I arrived at the hotel at 1 p.m., not expecting an early check-in. However, I informed the front desk that I would be leaving my luggage since I couldn't get to my room yet and confirmed my reservation, before heading out to enjoy the Busan atmosphere. When I returned around 7 p.m. that evening, I hoped to immediately retire to my room. Unfortunately, the receptionist had changed hands and hadn't informed the new guard that I'd reported in the afternoon.
The night guard was also somewhat uncommunicative, busy on the phone and half-hearted in his service. I was asked to try checking in with the machine, but there were problems with the machine, which kept refusing me. The officer was still busy with the person he was calling. The service was truly disappointing.
