Very nice and accomodating

Noisy can’t sleep

Noisy not good at all can’t relax when you want to sleep

There is not enough hot water to take a shower. The carpeting was stained everywhere. The location is inconvenient to anything of interest in the city. I would not recommend this place at all.

Far from the airport, and took hour an half to get there during rush hour. BUT hotel was very nice and room was nice & cosy and they have alot of dinning options, overall it was a great experience recommend to all.

Traffic jam area to reach very hard to enter and exit bridge oposite sometime u turn is closed by traffic control

Great staff

I had a very good experience at this hotel. A special recognition goes to the staff, especially the night receptionist who made my check-in experience very nice. The room was great - very spacious. And I enjoyed the restaurant and its great staff. The laundry service was prompt. The room was very relaxing, and I was able to get very nice rest.

Booked 2 rooms, one double one single. Long time at reception check-in and given wrong rooms. No towels in room to start with. Other than that the staff were fine and the rooms no better than stretching to 3 star

Check in was slow, room had no towels to start with. Staff very helpful and friendly though

The hotel is a bit dirty, I found some hairs in the bed, the floor is in a poor condition. It needs some maintenance.

Stuff was vary nice . Dina help me booked the tour. I enjoy view from the top on piramides more than i wqs closer to them

Underground parking is ridiculous and the ramp is crazy, do NOT park your car in the parking lot!

The hotel was clean and nice from the inside, and the team was helpful. The issue was with the A/C compressors outside the room making noise the whole night. The next day I had to ask for room cleaning, it was not done during the day

Great location near Masmak square

My stay was nice and comfortable, which is something that I needed for my chemo recovery before returning home. There are 3 issues that I'd like to highlight. 1. The door was missing a latch. This felt unsecured. 2. The toilet seat was not the proper seat for the toilet. This is a liability due to it being unsafe. 3. In room dining forgot part of our order. Instead of offering us a credit for our next order, we were offered a fruit platter and hour later, after we had gone to bed. The in room dining food was not as good as it had been the last time we stayed.

Ikke specielt hjælpsomme forud for mit ophold, da de ikke ville skaffe afhentning i lufthavnen (ankom midt om natten), selvom det fremgår af hjemmesiden. God beliggenhed tæt på den gamle by og metro. Ok restaurant.
