Perfect, clean and spacious place to stay, a few minutes walk from Kyoto Station in a very quiet and charming neighbourhood.

Really friendly people and such a comfy place. It's near the train station and not far from many sites.

The hotel doesn't have many rooms, so it was quiet. Also there was a laundry on our floor which was easy to use (detergent was provided). The only thing I didn't like about the room was that there was only a desk chair, so we had to sit on the bed to eat, lounge etc.

Good position. Did not know the room would not be serviced during our stay until we got there. Also no lift and on the 3rd floor, bit of struggle with suitcase. Otherwise no complaints.

Great location great service and very nice stuff

Can't say enough great things about our stay at Racine Home and the manager there. Very large room and shower/bath for a Japanese hotel. Even provided scented bath salts for the Japanese deep bath in the bathroom. One of very few I was able to find in our 4 city trip to have a queen bed! Great, quiet area walking distance from restaurants, and about 15 minute walk to Kyoto Station for all trains and buses. The manager was outstanding, going above and beyond to provide recommendations, even made reservations for us as she speaks English very well. The onsite cafe/bar was great, order the Shabu-shabu!

Liked the spaciousness of the rooms. Disliked the toilet paper.

10 minutes walking distance from kyoto station recommend for young people not recommended for family

Very nice and cozy. I wish they were open earlier as we got to the place around 10:30am just to realize they don't open till 1pm.

Great staff at this simple hotel that is 10 minutes (on foot) from Kyoto station.

Cozy home like building with more than big hotel like service. Free laundry, full common kitchen with unlimited coffee,tea and drinking water. Staffs speak very good English Location is closer to Kyoto station and Kyoto downtown. Plenty of restaurants around within one kilometer radius

Great location to explore Kyoto! It is near Kyoto station for the main bus station and the train station. A small hotel but the room inside is big enough and amenities are all well prepared. The staffs are attentive and friendly.

Good room facilities, well stocked shared kitchen for if you want to eat in, and in a perfect location for walking from Kyoto station. The free washing machine and dryer for guests is a real bonus!

A little boutique hotel with an eco friendly policy! The location is only a 10-15 minute walk to/from Kyoto station making it very convenient. Facilities include a shared kitchen and laundry for hotel guests to prepare meals and wash clothes. There is also a common dining area for guests to meet.

The bed was super-comfortable, and it was an easy walk from Kyoto Station

We enjoyed the boutique feel of this hotel and its location close to temples, bus stations, main streets and restaurants. Added plus was the free use of the washer and dryer. The only negative was no elevator.

Front desk always open . Very clean and new. Lobby is nicely set up for waiting. Washing your clothes is free and you can use the common kitchen
