I book the hotel and I thought our check-in time is 2pm or 14:00 like on the details but it wasn't, when we are on that day the front desk told us that our check in time is on 5pm or 17:00 but on the details of our itinerary it isn't. they told us that they already told to the agent but they didn't know how it wasn't changed.
