We had a wonderful experience during our stay here. The location is fantastic, with stunning sea views and a view of Mount Etna from the breakfast terrace. Breakfast itself was a highlight—beautifully prepared with fresh local ingredients and something new each day. Our room was very clean and spacious, with both a balcony and a private back terrace, perfect for relaxing. Nino is a professional, welcoming host and a great communicator. He made us feel completely at home and entertained us with amazing stories from his global experiences. A special mention to Christina, who greeted us daily with a warm, charming smile and was always attentive. She truly went above and beyond—a credit to the holiday experience and someone who makes a real difference to your stay. Highly recommended—thank you Nino and Christina for a truly memorable stay!

Fabulous position with great host and assistant Mario. Friendly and attentive, space was spacious and comfortable. The view from lounge room was stunning.

The pictures in the description are accurate and if anything do not do justice to how beautiful your view of the water will be. The staff of the building were laid back, extremely helpful, but sparse if not requested. I generally gravitate away from the bed and breakfast style of accommodation as I like anonymous hotels. This place was run by people on the 4th floor of the building (the 1st floor is common area). Although the building was full when we were there we only saw people at the free breakfast. They do little things like put a free 6 pack and bottle of white wine in your refrigerator that you wouldn’t plan on (this was a small thing but indicative of the style they maintain). The area is the only critique I would have. It felt safe but there were only a few choices of place to eat (although they were excellent and also waterfront). The area is a 35-40 minute drive to popular tourist areas.

Everything was perfect. The owners was very friendly and they helped as with so many things: to rent car , places to visit and great restaurants with a delicious food. The breakfast was very good and specially the espresso was great. Thank you so much much guys.

Excellent séjour à Riposto. Au delà des suites proposées qui sont toutes très grandes et fort agréables à vivre au quotidien, le petit déjeuner est très gourmand et offre une belle découverte de la gastronomie locale. Notre hôte, Nino, a été aux petits soins durant toute la durée de notre séjour et même après ce qui fait que notre expérience a de loin dépassé ce que nous venions initialement chercher ! Nous retournerons avec envie et grand plaisir à Mar Dei Poeti

Very good host and a breakfast you never had

Excellent, des personnes très sympathiques avec qui nous avons passé de très bons moments. Lieu reposant et à proximité de nombreux lieux culturels. Merci à vous

So herzliche Gastgeber. Familiäre Atmosphäre. Traumhaftes Frühstück auf der sonnigen Dachterrasse. Tolles Appartement. Wir haben uns so wohl gefühlt. Dank an Florence, Nino, Ethel und Andrea. Wir kommen wieder.

Fantastisk sted. Beliggende direkte med udsigt til havet med kun en lille lokalvej mellem hotellet og kysten. Hyggelige rolige omgivelser. Store lejligheder med stue og soveværelse og altan med udsigt. Værtsparret et kapitel for sig. Her føler man sig virkelig velkommen og de står gerne til rådighed med tips og ideer til din ferie på Sicilien. Den overdådige morgenmad bliver serveret på tagterassen, hvor masser af hjemmelavede specialiteter bliver serveret hver morgen. Lidt langt til nærmeste restauranter og forretninger, men i de dejlige omgivelser var en lille gåtur absolut til at holde ud. Ved næste tur til Sicilien skal vi helt sikkert bo her igen.

Great host with friendly approach towards guests. Big suprise that a bottle of wine and full mini bar (beer and water) is included with the room price. Breakfast on rooftop is a plus. Each day a different mix and nice presented.

Sehr schönes Hotel und abwechslungsreiches Frühstück

Im Mar Dei Poeti kommen viele Zutaten zusammen, sie jede für sich den Aufenthalt zum Erlebnis machen: Ein wahnsinnig toller Blick auf das Meer vom Zimmer aus, das Frühstück in der Morgensonne auf der Dachterrasse, die beiden perfekten Gastgeber, usw. Dem für Sizilien typischen morbiden Charme des Verfalls kann sich zwar auch dieses Hotel nicht ganz entziehen, aber in Summe war der Aufenthalt für uns ein Erlebnis.

Nous avons passé une semaine (du 14/9 au 20/9 2016) de rêve; un accueil chaleureux, un appartement vaste, impeccable, très bien équipé, lumineux, donnant directement sur la mer, très calme.

Excellent accueil de la part d'Andrea et Ethel. Andrea qui est franco-italien nous a aidé à résoudre un petit problème de péage. Grande chambre agréable et bien entretenue avec balcons avant et arrière bénéficiant d'une magnifique vue sur la mer. Lit confortable, excellent réseau Wi-Fi, accès à Netflix, parking devant la maison. Petit déjeuner parfait, jus d'orange pressé, granita artisanales. Frigo rempli de boissons gratuites, ce qui est rare. Possibilité d'utiliser des vélos. Endroit calme et idéal pour visiter l'Etna, Catane et Taormina. Nous recommandons vivement cette adresse.

Situato direttamente sul mare in posizione tranquilla, a metà strada tra Taormina e Catania, offre davvero tutti i comfort: aria condizionata, idromassaggio, asciugacapelli,teli bagno, stendibiancheria,TV , frigo-bar e parcheggio. Andrea, il titolare, è stato gentilissimo e sempre disponibile e premuroso per ogni nostra necessità. La struttura è nuovissima, i locali sono ampi e moderni. Ottima pulizia nelle camere , nei bagni ed in tutti gli ambienti comuni. Eccellente ed abbondante anche la colazione che viene servita nell'ampio terrazzo attrezzato con vista mare, e che comprende dolci , frutta , ed anche alcuni cibi tipici siciliani. Che dire ... non potevamo aspettarci nulla di meglio !!!

Hotel bonito , cómodo , limpio , tranquilo , da al mar , aunque no cerca de la playa

Vi ankom til hotellet og blev hjerteligt modtaget of vores landlady og voksne søn der sørgede for bagagen. Vi blev vist op til vores værelse som bestod af stue med lille altan, stort badeværelse med spa, soveværelse med altan og masser af skabsplads. Aircon i soveværelse og stue. Morgenmad på tagterrassen med granita, æg, toast, lokalt brød og masser af frisk økologisk frugt, div. kaffe og te og hyggeligt selskab af værtsfamilien. Absolut en positiv oplevelse.
