This place is an absolute gem. We loved Locorotondo and this property was the perfect place to enjoy it from. Also a great base for visiting other places in Puglia.

Rating: 2/5 “Strict Check-In, Sparse Hospitality” Locorotondo is lovely, and the apartment is well located in the historic centre—but the experience? A bit less than welcoming. We had asked if we could check in a little early, but there was zero flexibility. The manager arrived at 3:15 PM exactly, as if any deviation might trigger an alarm. He wasn’t rude, but let’s just say friendliness didn’t make the trip. He walked us to the apartment with all the joy of someone delivering a parking ticket. Once inside, we were met with a mattress that felt like it had survived decades of campfire stories and bunk beds. You could practically read your palm on the springs. Overall, it got the job done—but if you’re hoping for comfort and hospitality, you might want to keep looking..

Dreamy 2 bedroom ,2 bathroom apartment with an upstairs kitchenette and balcony. Everything is well thought out, from wine glasses and napkins to heated towel racks in the bathrooms. We felt lucky to have discovered this gem of an apartment , located within cozy little Locorotondo, with a view of the Itrea Valley. Breakfast buffet was hearty and delicious. Staff were welcoming and helpful. Highly , highly recommended !

Locorotondo is an extremely beautiful town and these accommodations are equally beautiful. Very helpful and courteous staff. Room was large and we'll equipped. Location was right in the center of the Centro Storico with terrific views. While staying here you feel like you are part of the community. The only thing I would address is that my shower didn't have a shelf to hold shampoo/soap/etc. I had to put my things on the floor of the shower. That said, I will definitely stay here again on my next visit!

Not bad.

A comfortable, spacious room and separate kitchenette with a balcony that has a glorious view. You do need to be willing to walk up stairs, but the effort is well worth it. Terrific hospitality. Great breakfast. Hope we can return one day.

I wish we had stayed here longer. Absolutely beautiful 2 level apartment with a kitchen, bedroom on both floors with huge bathrooms. Breakfast was in a separate location, very close by, excellent pizza trattoria right across from us but numerous restaurants close by. This is a great town to use as a base for other towns in Puglia. Reception desk is only open limited hours in the morning and afternoon but that is known to you in advance. Checkin was quick and easy and you are escorted to your room and provided with a brief explanation on what to do if the power goes out or if you don’t have hot water. Loved the attention to details.

It was stunning and beautiful. We love the original character and design of the room.

We had a wonderful one night stay at this fascinating hotel, and chanced upon an amazing suite which had two double bedrooms, a kitchen area, a little en suite bathroom and an incredible separate bathroom with the most impressive bathtub! Locorotondo is a beautiful town to visit and we were so pleased to stay here. Everything was walkable, the parking was very easy and the concierge could it have been more helpful. Highly recommend.

Beautiful stay. Clean, quaint, location , reception, host, room was exceptional . We loved our stay here.

Great property, but there is no elevator fo people staying on the high-floor units. Our front door handle was somewhat broken but useable. The same for the balcony door. Otherwise, our unit was clean and large. The other complaint was that the air conditioner was quite weak. After blasting it for the whole night, the temperature in the room only dropped from 26.3 to 25.2 degrees Celsius.

Lovely apartment! A good location and something a little different . . . a round bed! Very comfortable. Breakfast is in a darling little cafe. Our host was very nice.

Wow! We loved it. Beautifully decorated and fantastic location. Staff was great told us all about the area and the breakfast was amazing.

Great place. Locorotondo is a beautiful town. Some many option to eat. A lot of places to go. We stayed for 2 weeks and really enjoyed every moment. Roberto and his staff are wonderful people.
