This was very convenient for our overnight stay on the way to Rapa Nui. It is close to the airport with shuttle provided. The breakfast was good. Everything worked well for us.

The hotel has a great location, but it is a bit old and lacks an extractor in the bathrooms, causing the rooms to have a slightly musty smell

This hotel was close to the airport and offered a free shuttle which we loved. They also offered the cutest bag breakfast as we had an early flight- before the continental breakfast was open, such a nice surprise. We also really enjoyed the dinner and drinks we had here, one of our favourites of our trip in Chile.

Convenient and great service

Second time staying here. Stayed for two nights for some downtime before next leg of journey. Comfortable stay and the laundry service was quick and inexpensive

Great Location near airport, not much to do in the immediate area, but good for an I ernight before or after flight.

Nice room

Just 1 night before a flight. Hotel uses air fresheners in the hallways and dining room that are too strong! Could smell it so strong in the room it was difficult to sleep and the restaurant was worse. Food in restaurant was pretty good but the staff didn't pay attention to any of the customers and 6 of them just stood at at the front talking away. One couole waited so long they got up an walked over to them to pay the bill. Th only way we got attention after we were served our meal was the security officer walking in the hallway saw us trying to get someone and he went and got us help. The shuttle driver in the afternoon was ridiculous. Drove terribly and everyone in the shuttle kept being slammed forward because he just kept slamming on the brakes hard. Everyone complained to each other when we got out of the van. The morning driver back to the airport was great.
