The room was nice... all comfortable except the bad it too hard...

The room is quite comfortable, but the bed is so hard. And you have to make deposit 1000 baht.

Very disappointed and felt cheated.

We were 3 adults 2 children on vacation then we rented 2 motorbikes for 2 days to go around the surrounding Patong Beach. we rent the motorbike with the hotel owner. When returning the motorbike, the hotel owner's wife checked it. Yes we are mediocre. But the hotel owner's wife called someone. then came a man who claimed he was her husband and said that the motorcycle seat was damaged. and told us to compensate. Her husband called and he said he called a motorbike mechanic to ask the price. Her husband said I had to pay 750 bath for the damage. Our fault is that we did not check when renting the motorbike. Even though we also rented motorbikes when in Pattaya and Cha am on vacation. When returning, the owner of the motorbike is not checked. Because the car we rented to Phuket bus terminal 2 has arrived so we decided to pay 750 bath to the hotel owner. Only in Dreams guesthouse is holding our passport when renting a motorbike. In Pattaya and Cha am Hua Hin did not hold a passport but only a photo of his passport with a cellphone camera. Quite a lie to the hotel owner. Hopefully this experience can be useful for others. thank you

The cozy atmosphere of Patong, Phuket is complemented by the cozy atmosphere of the hotel. Satisfactory. The rooms are spacious, the air conditioner is cold, the hot water is really comfortable, the free water is white every day, the staff is friendly and the English is fluent so communication is not any obstacle. Minor its because of ane room private room on the 4th floor, so have to struggle up and down stairs every day. But overall verry enjoying stay at this hotel. Location is also good, everywhere can walk.

Guest house No closet Wet time to reach the toilet. Service was terrible. Owner is not friendly. We will talk about it with our husbands who are foreigners. I'm not sure what to say. Is not awake When I call 07.05, I'm sorry.

A great room! bigger than expected

Cheap and nice place to stay for a 2 star accommodation. Location is great for me too. Not to far and not to close to patong main attraction.

Cheap, clean and many halal restaurants nearby, only suitable for backpackers.

Reception staff enough friendly and helpful, location ok but we need to take a walk around 30 minutes to reach Bangla Area which I can say that it was the center and lots of entertainment there, bars and great to spent times at night. Also there was people sell Thai souvenirs and food are nice too, where all of you guest can choose from the lowest price and expensive price for food depend on the budget

The shared room is cheap and clean. Wifi may be a little difficult to connect to. But overall it's OK

it's perfect place to stay if you just need cheap affordable place to stay. not near the beach but it's have few motorcycle to rent. it's a little bit annoying for some rules. but it's ok.. we should learn about responsibility when we are traveling.

Accommodation is easy, clean rooms are good.

The rooms are clean, comfortable and spacious. The view from the veranda of the room is also okay. The owner is friendly too.

Was so great and Ms.Ai is very cheerful and helpful, we got many great services there including the cheapest full day trip to PhiPhi Island ever!
