Old room, bad soundproofing but in return the owner is very cute

I lost a coat and a watch. Although the value is not great, I decided not to choose dew anymore

My friend lost 1 jacket and 1 watch. Everything bth until 1 day before check out, my friend called the housekeeping. Then found out lost objects. But because the value was not great, we chose to be silent. But this made us very dissatisfied.

The room looks like a motel unlike the hotel (not sure what other rooms later), but the owner and staff are lovely

I booked a room with 3 beds but the room was very small, smaller than the double room, it was just one extra bed, not the same as in the picture. Poor service attitude. Next time will not stop.

The boss was very enthusiastic, due to the unexpected situation, so I took the car to Da Lat earlier than expected. 3:30 am to Dalat. The boss came to the door and waited. The hotel owner was very enthusiastic, I booked a room and arrived at 4:00 am, he still welcomed me properly. Very clean rooms, very ok with the price. Especially the hotel is close to the night market so it is very convenient for eating :))
