Perfect! I couldn’t have chosen better! 5 mins to the beach, excellent breakfast and dinner buffet options ( I had the half board), beautiful and spacious bedroom, nice shower, loved the pools… Front desk attendant also helped us buying the excursions, which was a big plus.. I would definitely return!

This is a beautiful hotel and we enjoyed the spa & massage services, pool and restaurants on site. Staff were great! We were a bit disappointed with the location / proximity to the drunken chaos at the beach and distance from the old town. Just something to be aware of if traveling from far away - make sure you do your research on this location! Again, the hotel itself is beautiful and we would highly recommend the massage / spa services! However, trying to find decent dining options and activities within walking distance from the property was near impossible.

Great property overall. Really clean and well kept. Front desk service team could really use an education on hospitality. Tried to make multiple request by calling front desk and they did not want to seem to help accommodate. Not all too friendly either. Breakfast buffet had great selection. Houskeeeping staff was amazing ensuring room cleanliness. Overall a great stay. It would be More amazing if the front desk staff could be more accommodating to guests needs especially for being a 4 star hotel, now I can see why they are not a 5 star.

Well run hotel. Staff was professional and very competent. Grounds and facilities top notch. Very impressive staff that was constantly cleaning, helping, and making sure the hotel was at the top of their game.

Nice modern hotel, half board is really good and different choice for dinner every night.

The property is new, very good but very busy. The areas around hotel, is for younger Europeans not British. Not suited to older people

My AC would not work even though I followed all of the instructions from the very rude front desk. The room had no coffee or a mini bar as was advertised. The bar stuff was not knowledgeable about common cocktails. The bathroom was also not fully stocked. The only positive was the comfortable bed and the helpful overnight concierge. It was far too expensive to feel so uncomfortable and be treated poorly.

Great hotel a block from the beach. They offer a great breakfast and dinner buffet. The room we stayed had a view of the 2 swimming pools and partial ocean view.

The property was great the place clean all over is great but staff needs to learn other language then just Spanish and be friendlier seems they don’t care except couple of them

Everything about the hotel was 1st class. From the staff on reception, polite and helpful. To the cleanliness of our room, choice of food both in the morning and at dinner and the feel of security within the hotel. Will be back.

the staff was very friendly, clean hotel, great rooms, lots of food options however quality of food could have been improved (some food was salty). good location by the water and good amenities. just wish we didn’t have to pay for water.

Our stay was fabulous, very clean modern hotel! We had a junior suite with a terrace and sea view. Breakfast was amazing, with so many options. We would definitely be coming back!

It was an excellent choice for our holiday.
