Great little hostel just 10 minutes walk outside of a fantastic location ...room excellent and breakfast was perfect....really helpful great communication..

What a fantastic find! Absolutely loved the property. Gorgeous swimming pool, comfortable king bed with plush linen, spacious shower... Judy cooked us a delicious breakfast and corna was a perfect host who managed our booking from start to finish. All in all, such a lovely stay.

Property was excellent. TV’s in every room but no channels!! Walk from main st about 1 km so yuk yuk taxis were handy

We had a lovely one-night stay at this guest house, just a short drive up a hill from the main street (likely would be too far to walk this at night). Our room had beautiful mountain views, and the bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was cooked on order in the cozy open plan kitchen lounge area and was delicious! Highly recommend staying here, great value!

Great Guest house, perfect hosts and staff. Room 1 the luxury room was was amazing, loads of space, easy access to the centre, safe and secure with an amazing breakfast, well work s stay, sorry we could only stay for 3 nights, would have loved to stay longer

We arranged an early check in and the guest house were very helpful and informative. Rooms were comfortable and clean. We encountered load shedding (power cuts) while we were there but we had been prepared so could still enter the property etc without issue. Overall a lovely place to stay within 15 minute walk from the centre of town.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Maison d'Ail. Room was spacious, bed very comfortable, staff very helpfull. Breakfast was good too.A quiet relaxing environment, guest house a 5min drive from main high street. Definately recommend

10 mins walk from the Main Street, this place is a little oasis of calm, tranquility, style and quality. Lots of space. Lots of comfort.

Beautiful rooms. Great little pool to cool off at before having a G&T on the terrace with fantastic views. Super breakfast. Only regret was not staying longer.

This guest house is just stunning. It caters for your comfort and pleasure and is well located close to the centre of Franschhoek. The owner is onsite to assist you with information should you need it. The rooms, gardens, pool, lounge and terrace are stylish and very contemporary. Off road parking, honesty bar for wine, beer and snacks, pool towels and robes are all provided. It really is a gem.
