Original room reeked of weed, so reception swapped our room without argument. New room was adequate, but not particularly clean. Shower curtain was ripped. Queen bed was squishy and obviously covered in plastic because it made loud noises when we rolled over. Bar/club on the first floor woke us at 1 AM on 2 AM on Saturday night, but was otherwise quiet. Fire alarm (no sound but bright flashing light) woke us at 3 AM on Sunday night. Fire department responded, but it was a false alarm. No amenities at all. Only thing going for this property is the low price and the location, which is gritty but convenient if you are visiting someone in Bushwick. It's a 2-star hotel and not a particularly well maintained one.

Thee should upgrade the badroom

When you enter Hotel 1080 you feel as if you are home away from home. The staff is attentive, friendly and helpful. My experience has been wonderful and, as a result, I keep returning.

Quiet stay with beautiful view

I'd describe Hotel 1080 as adequate or decent. It was clean and convenient. Great location to be close to nightlife. The bed was a spring mattress so it wasn't very comfortable, but it was good enough. Decor was odd -- weird nautical clock that didn't work, ugly color red accents, and slightly industrial style. Oddly there was no trash can or phone in the room.

Transit was easy.

Close to the Barclay Center.

Rooms were messy and hot, and the club downstairs shakes the walls. No amnenities and the walls are thin making it very noisy all night long.

The staff is lovely, kind and friendly. The guests are very nice as well. The room is extremely modern, bright and allows pets.

I didn’t know what to expect when I reserved a room. Upon arrival I was pleasantly impressed by the lobby and the friendliness of the staff. My room was amazing - clean, bright, modern and private.

Looks nice. Bed felt cheap, towels had stains. Hard to find parking near the building. Decent stay for a decent price in nyc.

Rooms were very clean and stylish. The property itself is very nice and convenient to board the train.

I was supposed to stay for 3 nights. The first night i realized the hotel bar plays loud techno music until 2am every night complete with bass and subwoofers. You could hear it clearly from my third floor room. Also my room was by the stairs and the door slammed all night as people would come and go. I checked out 2 days early.

Such a cute place to stay! The staff was super friendly and the area around is really nice and easy access to transportation. The place is pretty clean, my only complaint is that the soap bottles and hair care bottles were empty soon arrival. Aside from that, I will definitely be back !

Hotel 1080 is definitely somewhere that does the job. For my visit, where I really just needed a place to sleep, it was perfect. The location is good. Be warned it is right by the train tracks so if you’re super sensitive to noise, it might not be for you. I could also hear people in the other rooms really easily. The shower was also weirdly transparent with a view to the bedroom, so be warned if you’re staying with someone who you might not want to be naked around! Overall, this hotel does the job for a great price, but it’s nothing fancy.
