Clean room and nicely hosted. But the room is just next to the main road so a lot of noise.

It was very clean and a good size. Small en-suite, but fit for purpose. Lovely views looking out to sea and the windows are double glazed keeping the outside noises at bay. Central location and 10 min walk into Swansea city centre. Perfect for a beach holiday and city break.

The place was great, ideally located on the beachfront, spotless clean and very nicely decorated. But it was freezing at night, and I realised that they completely turn off the heating during the night (starting heating up again around 7ish in the morning). Had breakfast once there, was OK, but there was no avaocado in the avocado and salmon poached egg.

Good location, easy to find, with parking (at cost) easily accessible a short walk from the premises. Small but comfortable room. Frustrating blinding “night light” that would come on automatically in the hall when getting up for the bathroom in the night but otherwise would recommend for a short stay. Didn’t have breakfast at Leonardo’s but a variety of options were available.

We ending up not staying at all having booked for three nights! 1 - We were given an attic room up five flights of narrow stairs. Very low beam - I'm 1.78 mtrs tall and had to stoop to get in!. 2 - Double room? Smallest "double" bed I've ever seen. The quilt did not even cover all the bed being 15cms too narrow - seriously!! I Should have taken a photo but was too bemused to... 3- Shared bathroom - not what we booked and frankly was poor... 4 - Breakfast was stated as "light" .. An understatement, as very little provided and everything else chargeable.... 5 - Wifi only in downstairs lounge....

The room was lovely but for what we paid we was hoping we would of have the sea view but unfortunately we didn’t. The room was quite small with a tiny bathroom, and one of the lights in the bathroom was broken and the pillows in the bed was really uncomfortable. We never tried the breakfast as we thought this was included in our price but it wasn’t, we had to pay extra so we went somewhere else for breakfast.

Really good for the price we paid. Excellent continental breakfast far above average. Pleasant hosts. Found closing our window tricky but Tina came to our room and closed it for us. Just have to know how. Lovely seaview from room. Although close to road we didn't hear the traffic. Might be more noisey during summertime. We parked free in a road just a short distance away. Although you can park outside during certain times we saw traffic wardens at 8:05 booking vehicles just 5 minutes after permitted time so be careful.

Cordial and conscientious hosts; we liked having a guests’ gathering room at the entrance. The location is convenient to many things. Thank you for a comfortable stay.

Convenient place to stay and nice to be near the beach. Very easy to locate. However, our room was very tiny, not shown on their website, and just a window over looking dirty rooves and piping. The flooring needed some attention, too. Breakfast was lovely and reasonable prices for additional items.

Stayed for a night. Although my room had a shared bathroom, both my room and the shower room were behind the same door, so it was almost like an en suite. The remote on the TV was a bit funny, but it was usable and the TV worked. The bed wasn't the most comfortable, but I slept OK (partly because I was very tired). I'd hoped for a sea view, but I think you have to specify it, or something. Still, my room was nice and secluded, so I didn't have to worry about any noise pollution. I forgot about breakfast, so I can't comment on that. A pleasant stay.

I was pleasantly surprised at the property for the price. The rooms were clean and well appointed (if a little small). Great view from the room but obviously with a sea view you are right on the main road so it's a little noisy. Remember this is budget accommodation and you will be happy with the result! It's not really clear when you book, but the included breakfast is a light continental. This wasn't made clear until the day before when we had a message from the hotel.

Convenient location: very small room ( no chairs or anywhere to put clothes). Also lacking any hooks to put outdoor coats etc. - a common omission, we find. Went down to breakfast at 8.20 - found dining room locked, had to wait for owner to appear, although we had said that we would be having breakfast. Owner otherwise polite and helpful.

The h The guest house manager needs a attitude adjustment. Not freindly at all. She needs another job that does not include dealing wth public. I would not recommend this location. Parking is non existant and not as indicated in the upfront information.

The family running this small guest house have taken care to make our stay run smoothly. The welcome was warm and initial difficulties set right. The room was simply decorated but very comfortable. We had a first floor sea view which was stunning. The breakfast was well cooked and presented. A walk on the beach was possible and very pleasant. The slight fly in the ointment was the noise of the busy road between us and the beach but the double glazing did a good job in reducing it and keeping us warm. A problem the family can not do anything about is car parking. Overnight on the road is fine but during the day more difficult. Try the pay and display or street parking by the park but read the signs carefully.

Stayed three nights in a back facing attic room. It was small but comfortable and quiet as it wasn't facing the road. It was clean and well maintained. The owner was accommodating in allowing us to store our 2 bikes in the hallway and we enjoyed cycling on the Gower peninsula. We had to pay for parking and move the car at night and in the morning but parking was close by.
