Beautiful building and excellent, helpful staff. Parking is free and easy, there is a terrific restaurant on site (Grain and Cane), and the breakfast is also excellent. Beds were very comfortable, and the rooms and building were very clean. Top notch place to stay!

Spacious rooms, great staff

The drink vouchers were a nice surprise. The hot buffet breakfast was excellent. My family loves to stay at this hotel!

The facility was fine as was the breakfast. What disappointed me was the location. It seems it was catering to business men who were visiting that particular complex. There wasn't much around the area. For our taste, I would choose a place closer to restaurants, at least.

We came with 2 other families for a NYC field trip. We loved the location & the hotel was beautiful! There were problems with the elevators throughout our 3 day stay. The cocktail hour was very disappointing compared to other Embassy Suites we've stayed at. Housekeeping services were Excellent! They were quick to get us extra pillows and blankets, and our rooms were very well cleaned each day. Pool was nice. Breakfast waa Excellent.

This Embassy is very updated. Impeccable service from everyone in the hotel. Breakfast was awesome and one of the better night sleeps I’ve had on the road.

Thermostat would not allow proper heating

Thank your a great stay for my family as we attended my Mom’s 90th birthday celebration! My grands enjoyed the pool, and we enjoyed a family breakfast the next day! Always wonderful!
