Great little hotel. Perfect location for Old Town and right next to train station. Front desk person was very kind and helpful. Highly recommend.

Supremely convenient location to the main train station as well as various metro lines. Additionally, the staff were perfect hosts, so friendly and really helped us out with borrowed umbrellas for the rain. Loved the look of the room which had a mix of old-world charm and modern design -- definitely neither soulless nor outdated. Also, I love that there was a complimentary pillow menu (i.e. select a different pillow to your tastes/needs/curiosity). Can get noisy in the evening due to the street/bar activity below but wasn't actually a problem after closing the window! I'd definitely stay here again.

Very good location but the room and the furniture are old. The breakfast option was limited, you have to cook your egg.

Sockets in room in odd places. Needed to have the kettle on the floor as no socket anywhere near the desk (since there were only 2 teabags and 3 creamers we didn’t use it very much anyway). We also had the fan cord draped across the bathroom door (because the only European socket was where the fan should have been and we needed that one to charge our phones so the fan had to go elsewhere). Room was in the roof so one side had a low sloping roof which made the roof feel smaller than it already was. Bathroom was via a sliding door very close to the bed (you’d want to know your travelling companion very well!). Apart from this the hotel was nice. Decor was pretty funky and it’s in a great location.

Very cute and modern room, excellent hospitality

The Townhouse is in a great location for the station and Old Town. Friendly team. The Junior Suite we were in was lovely and a step up from the room we stayed in the week before. Breakfast buffet was a good start to the day. Would happily recommend and would stay again when in Zurich.

We only had a one night stay but the hotel is lovely and very close to the railway station. The room was comfortable, no air conditioning (the weather was very hot) but a decent fan was supplied. Breakfast was more than enough with excellent choices and lovely staff. The only downside was that due to its town location it was very noisy and night. It didn’t bother us too much but it certainly wasn’t quiet there! We would however stay there again without hesitation!
