We arrived early at 12pm++ and surprisingly hotel allow us to early check-in. Hotel staff is friendly. Free coffee is serve at lobby Direct airport bus stop just in front of hotel is a plus

2nd time stay at this hotel. Airport bus stop in front of hotel is a plus to hotel. Hotel staff is polite and helpful. Although hotel is bit aging, but overall service and condition still acceptable.

Convenient accommodation near to tourist spots Comfy bed Room has space

Room not too narrow. Good interior. The facilities provided are very adequate. Lots of things are given free of charge, ranging from toiletries, soaked salt to bathtubs, baths, Americano coffee and free jelly at the receptionist, rent a free baby toilet seat, rent free jenga, etc. the location is also quite good, near red brick houses, ropeway station to Hakodate mount, and others. There is a typical Hakodate Lucky Pierrot chain burger branch near the hotel.

Room is small, really small, quite small, truly small. For 2 adult ppl, it’s gonna be a long night for you.

Good comfortable stay. Convenient location within walking distance to many sites. Good dinner and breakfast buffet with a variety of choices. Parking was available but unfortunately there was a daily rate for parking. Staff was nice and helpful but English communication was a bit poor. Definitely recommend this place.
