Just returned back home after staying at Leonardo Boutique Hotel for a long weekend. Had a perfect stay. The hotel was vey clean, beds very comfortable, towels changed every day . The staff are lovely and approachable. At our request the staff also arranged private transfers to and from the airport roughly £30 each way. Just drop the hotel a message if you require this. The hotel is within roughly 5 minutes walking distance of the Jewish quarter and krakow main square. Dined in at the hotel on a couple of nights due to late return on day trips booked in the uk prior to arrival. There is not a huge menu but what we had was ok. Would definitely return to this hotel if we came back to krakow and can recommend this hotel if you’re looking to book.

Perfect location to walk to most sites. The staff at the hotel was amazing.

The only downside to our stay is that we’re given a handicap room. The issue was with the bathroom- shower is made for handicapped people and there’s no curtains/ glass do everything in the bathroom gets wet, including the toilet and all your belongings. The sink also sprays everywhere, impossible to use without getting everything wet.

The property is absolutely gorgeous. Service, comfort, food, all exceptional. Location is great too.

A lovely centrally located hotel. Rooms are a good size and well maintained. Ideally located for a long weekend in Krakow.

Loved the hotel itself. Room 229 was a suite and was great. Downside were the trams running past at 5am. But a great location. The staff were mixed. The girl behind the bar was extremely rude and unfriendly.

The property was very clean and the staff were very helpful. The property was a short walk from most attractions or there were transport links within a short distance. Great location and great hotel!

Be aware there are two in krakow and make sure you go to right address.

Had a great time hotel in a great location

Great hotel, could not accommodate early checkin however they held our bags and we were free to explore. Lovely bar for a night cap, which also served food if needed. Beds confortable, and very convenient for the old town, walked into the main town and train station, Jewish Quarter, well positioned for everywhere.

We were very satisfied and would recommend this hotel.

Good relation between price and quality. Good location. Work on noices from outside (cars, buses)
