I am very disappointed with m hotel Makkah by Millenium because I have booked far in advance when I arrived in Mecca I could not check in because there is a new rule that requires guests to have a hajj visa while I only do umrah, when I could not check in I applied for a refund or rescheduling, I booked through traveloka, but traveloka informed me that the hotel did not approve my refund and rescheduling, until now there is still no clarity, I feel very disadvantaged, because of the mistake. Not on me, but on the hotel side, I hope the hotel can follow up on this problem and approve my refund/rescheduling, because I am also a customer who often stays at this hotel, and a refund/rescheduling is my right as a customer.
