Great staff, very friendly and made you feel comfortable. Comfy bed, nice pool. As I like milky coffee more milk would have made the stay perfect. I did ask for and was given 2 more but I needed many more. Breakfast was great..Thank you for a great stay.

This was a terrible hotel primarily because of the front desk person on the night of 3/18 (Saturday). First off, in the description, it was not clear there was limited parking. We arrived at 9 PM and found no parking so when we attempted to ask him where we could park, he misunderstood us and became very rude and combative for no reason. This was a terrible experience - I don't normally leave reviews but this was bad.

Superb value for money

Very nice and helpful lady at the reception, brilliant breakfast, very clean room, very happy with the stay.

We have spent just 1 night during our journey coming back from England were we took part in some training. We were very happy to choose this hotel. It was really sharp contrast to average and overpriced English hotels. Members of the family who runs this hotel were very kind and prepared to help (really help and not just talking and doing nothing like Englishmen). The hotel is about 1 km far from nice park through which you can walk/run to the six lakes attraction. Jogging there was very pleasant experience after which we relaxed in the room before dinner. We could manage all due to early check-in starting at noon. Our room was not completely new, but the most essential parts such as bathroom, comfortable beds and flat TV screen were. The tasty breakfast enhanced wonderful price-quality ratio. The only inconvenience was the absence of thicker curtains. The street lighting lit quite strongly whole night into our room. Because we live in a city that did not bother us much but it might be found difficult by someone who is not used to that.

War für ein Wochenende in Duisburg und war mit der Unterkunft sehr zufrieden. Die business suite war eine sehr geräumige Wohnung. Alles war sauber. Das Frühstück war reichlich und Europäischer Standard. Alles in allem empfehlenswert. Der Pool ist etwas älter aber noch im grünen Bereich

Wir waren total zufrieden und können das Hotel nur empfehlen. Wir würden es immer wieder buchen.

Im nachbarzimmer hat ein Smartphone permanent vibriert. Hat sich angehört als wäre es in meinem Zimmer. Das war extrem störend.

Super Service, freundliche Mitarbeiter, Frühstück könnte noch etwas erweitert werden.

Wir würden wiederkommen 😉

Wir sind immer wieder gerne in diesem familiären Hotel. Mit dem Fahrrad ist man schnell im Süden Duisburgs, an der Rheinpromenade, im Sportpark aber auch am Innenhafen.

Außer der schwierigen Parkplatzsituation war es ein sehr guter Aufenthalt. Schönes Zimmer und gutes Frühstück ich würde gerne wieder kommen.
