An excellent place to stay! Location and service is top notch. The staff is super friendly and genuine. Assistance for any excursions or directions is always available at the front desk and rooms are spacious, clean and updated. If I go back to STGO this is my place.

Great stay with my son.

The the hotel is really well located near the metro and mini great shops and restaurants. Easy walking distance to the Plaza de armas. Breakfast was included in our stay and is excellent. We had a suite overlooking one of the main streets, which was very quiet staff and cleanliness of the hotel superior would stay here again.

I arrived a few hours early expecting to store my luggage until my room was ready but they gave me a room right away. The room is huge. This hotel is in a great, central location. Everything is walkable. A couple of concerns I have are that the lobby smells like vanilla body lotion and they allow smoking on the rooftop terrace which prevented me from sitting out there. Other ppl might find this a perk. The hotel is non smoking but the person next to me was smoking out their window. Which, is another perk, the windows open!

Beautiful hotel

It’s a lovely small hotel, located near all the good restaurants and the city center. There is an excellent roof top restaurant. The staff very helpful and knowledgeable about things to do in Santiago. Breakfast plentiful and tasty.

The hotel rooms were nice and the property has a great rooftop bar. The location is perfect for exploring the historic district of Santiago. The personel were great in helping us with arranging transportation, direction, and recommendations. Property was safe and clean.

It was across the street from a beautiful municipal park-safe to explore. The room was huge. It was two blocks from the place we needed to meet our bike trip leaders. The food on the rooftop was very good and reasonable as well. Get the smoked sweet potato puree!

Air conditioner is pathetic. Staff not the friendliest.

Beautiful property. Boutique design was lovely.

My room was on the 7th floor just below an open staircase to the restaurant. There was no soundproofing and noise from the restaurant (until midnight) was very loud.

We enjoyed staying at this hotel and stayed here twice. We especially enjoyed the rooftop bar where we were introduced to Peruvian pisco sours by the excellent waiter Daniel. The downtown Santiago area is becoming quite rundown so we are now tending to stay in the Providencia area. But this hotel is in a good location for walking to downtown tourist sites and there are several good restaurants nearby

Hotel was in a safe area - close too famous tourist spots- staff was amazing they go out of there way for you-hotel was very comfortable 5 stars
