Super close to airport, walking distance, great early breakfast and good options. Clean and quiet

Dur to delayed flights we didn't arrive until after 2am .... I think I would have slept on the floor in the bathroom if that was all that was available! Lady at reception did over us a later leaving time but we had a train to catch at midday. Overall room was clean and tidy, although the chair felt 'sticky' and the seat looked like a dog had chewed it! Good breakfast both choice and taste. Would use again if coming in to Bristol on a late flight.

Comfortable and clean bedroom before an early morning flight. Expensive glass of wine, terrible food at dinner, good breakfast from 4am and able to wrap croissants in napkin to take away.

We paid for a premium room (£136 per night!) and the bed was the most uncomfortable I have ever had at a U.K. hotel. We barely slept. Breakfast was average at best. If you need the proximity to the airport ( as we did) then you will compromise on comfort unfortunately. Next time we will source an Air b n b or a hotel further away at a lesser cost and pay the taxi fair which would have been far more cost effective and likely far more comfortable. Instead of boarding the plane feeling rested we were exhausted and the breakfast was very poor. Overall, very disappointed.

Ideal stop for airport, overpriced for basic hotel but you pay for convenience.

Parking charges are a bit steep but we had no choice but to pay them. Decided to stay in a hotel due to an early flight.

The dinner menu was very limited so we ate at a local pub.

Only one lift was working which when busy made for a longer wait time.

Stayed here many time always great staff and the food is great . The issue is one lift was not working sounds probably trivial to a lot of people but in the morning trying to get to reception was a night mate the queue for the lifts were horrendous. You can not tell me you can’t get a lift engineer in Bristol over a day to fix this issue ? When I went to check out and report this to the receptionist she just made a funny comment not what you want to hear 4 o’clock in the morning grrr

Clean and comfortable perfect for a one night airport stopover.

We checked in really late, and staff were very helpful and efficient. They were also able to upgrade the room. We were very grateful at the end of a long day travelling. The complimentary breakfast was good, and staff very helpful. The pastries were really good.

Great stay. Perfect for a late night airport stay.

Staff were really helpful. When asked they gave us an extra 1 hr free- parking in car park before moving car to Silver parking.We thought the hotel rooms were hot so turned down thermostat.Room 301 was away from the lift and faced the car park. At breakfast I went for the healthy berries and yoghurt but the berries were still semi frozen. Before 6am is only continental breakfast but with that you had cereals, toast, croissants etc and waffles with ALL the toppings kids like. I would stay there again if I had an early flight (ps if you want decaf tea/ coffee ask at reception and the decaf coffee is good)!

Nothing to dislike, service excellent, Food excellent, accommodation excellent!! We will stay again!
