The place was clean, really comfortable, had a lot of space, was charming. Nothing to complain about it. We had an issue and the office resolved right away. Loved this place and would recommend for sure!

The property was clean and close to Key West. The pool was good for my grandson. The office personnel were friendly.

At low tide there was a smell but that is not the properties fault. They were very friendly, able to park our boat at the house boat.

This is a waterfront property but not a beach front

Very peaceful and relaxed vibes. Clean and very equipped. Key deer everywhere and we felt like we were at home, right on the water. Love this place!

Location loved the key deer

The internet was misleading, but luckily the misleading led to us in a nicer place. The lady that we checked in with. I give her a 5 stars. Not only was she so polite when I called on the phone to ask questions our whole stay. She was nothing but accommodating. This place isn't a resort really and isn't anything to exciting if people are going fishing, it might be a nice place to stay. It was awesome reasonable priced

House boat unique was very unique. Unfortunately a tidal occurrence brought in excess seaweed that was dying that caused unpleasant stench in entire neighborhood area

The check in was OK, the aqua lodge was OK, had many rules to follow with paper work to complete. Bathroom is RV style and cleaned out once a week. Location was quite with some eatery open after 8pm. Drive to Key West was not bad if you leave early. Marathon was not a bad drive and had plenty to do as well.

Very clean and cozy. Beds were comfortable but pillows were not. Other than window air conditioner going on and off all night, everything was great. Boat access to water was easy but there’s a strong, unpleasant smell on the property.

Cabin we rented was elevated, and we did not know that. Having a handicap, made this more of a challenge than we expected on a vacation. Cabin was new and well furnished for cooking, sleeping and watching TV. Property construction in front of the cabin was somewhat of an eyesore, however. We never saw any activity, just piles of materials.

The only thing i didn't like was my short time there! I wish i would've booked more nights, this place is incredible. Great location, beautiful scenery, friendly helpful staff

The property was very clean, the location great and very closed to Key West. They need to fix the pool floor, the tiles are cracked!

Lovely, quiet place on the water with plenty of space in the houseboat

We were very happy with our stay on the hammerhead houseboat. It was just the right size for our family of four and our big dog. The fishing was awesome. We saw amazing sea life from the bridge! And the convenient location to town was ideal. The staff was lovely. There was a pretty extreme smell around the harbor, it wasn’t the MOST comfy bed in the world, but we aren’t super picky. We choose convenience, kindness, and affordability over luxury.

We liked seeing the key deer and the grass mat out front was soft on the feet. We arrived after the office closed and discovered the hot water was not turned on when we arrived so we had to figure out how to turn on with a switch. My brother-in-law figured this out. The water would go from cool to warm off and on during showers. Not sure why.
