Some employees are not helpful at all. On the day of renting a car, the wheelchair was not counted as bringing it to the hotel. The staff wouldn't let me go upstairs and collect it myself. The room is very small. Sleeping 2 people with small children is very cramped. Good is the location next to the train station. The room is not cleaned every day. Stayed 8 nights, only did 2. This is really too much and should be done every 2 days.

Love this hotel. Located above the Nagahoribashi station. So just need to walk about 3 minutes and arrived at Station for train. This hotel also near Seven Eleven store and other tourist site in Shinsaibashi.

Ở dưới sàn tủ lạnh còn bẩn, máy lọc không khí chưa được cấp nước đầy đủ để làm ẩm phòng. Bữa sáng ít sự lựa chọn.

This hotel is considered small enough but very comfy. The receptions are welcoming you 24/7. I had some night events and went back to Hotel around almost 1-2 AM and they still greet me nicely. The room itself is tidy, but some dusty spots still found but not a big problem. The hotel have a small fridge and Microwave, good if you brought back some foods but can't eat it and prefer save it for breakfast or tomorrow lunch. They also have coin laundry which is very helpful for solo traveler who don't want to pack much shirts (and not even using plane 's baggage, cabin only guy). The hotel 's location is very strategic, just under 5 minutes walk to Nagahoribashi Osaka Metro station (it 's located beside the hotel), around 5 minutes walk to Shinsaibashi shopping center, 10-15 minutes walk to Dotonbori and Namba (or 1 station away). Going to Umeda area just need to past 4 stations, going to Osaka castle only transit once, and the best of all, it was surrounded by restaurants (some of them 24 hours like Yoshinoya). They also provide free coffee, which tastes okay for me, and provide draft beer for a price. You can even ask for chopsticks for free if you forgot to ask for chopsticks from konbini (7-Eleven) or other places and want to eat by yourself in your room. But because the hotel is small and don't have fancy features such as pool or other things, it might not suitable for you who stays more than 5 days. But for short sightseeing or even only transit in Osaka, I could recommend you this hotel. There are some other Sarasa Hotel locations tho, like Shin-Umeda or Namba if you prefer other locations than Nagahoribashi/Shinsaibashi.

Close to subway only 1 minute walk and not far from attractions which can access by walking i.e. Americamura, Shinsaibashi shopping street and Dotonbori. Comfortable and clean. You can ask for keeping your luggage after check out. I would stay here again in my next visit.

They have a great location. Just one step from the station and it's located in the best shopping arcade in Osaka. Their staff is very friendly and helpful.

We booked a twin room 5 nights, the room was rather spacious for the size of the hotel in Japan. the hotel is very clean, the rooms are very warm (november-autum) and not fragrant (there is an air filter machine). service is good and breakfast is good but less varied. we can also send our luggage from this hotel to the next hotel. the beds are just not soft enough and the hotel location is close to the subway station (right next to the hotel). if you bring parents and children there is no elevator access at this station. if you want to go to Shinsaibashi Station, walk +/- 10 minutes.

the location is just a step away from Nagahoribashi station and 1 station from Sinsaibashi, the rooms are quite spacious compared to other hotel rooms in Japan. In the future hope to stay again at Sarasa Hotel.

Clean, tiny room with good amenities. Decent breakfast. The location is pretty convenient, near the subways.
