The flor tiles were broken. The toilet were not clean

Bad service, constantly had to ask for clean towels. One night they didn’t even have the paid reservation on file and refused to give us a room until 1:45am. Will not be staying again.

Cleanliness and quality of the rooms is quite variable. Stayed here off and on with my husband and parents while visiting family in Delhi. The worst was when we arrived for check in at midnight after traveling for 7hrs and they had no record of our booking (I had prepaid two rooms on hotels.com and we’d already stayed there 8 nights). After one and a half hours they finally put my parents in one of their rooms a staff member had been sleeping in and put my husband and I next door in the same. Why did it take so long? And the guy that carried our baggage next door had the audacity to ask for a tip at 1:45am.

Bathroom was very dirty. Staff was rude. I dont recommend this hotel.

The hotel is nice and the staff is very kind, rooms are clean.I had a great stay in your hotel.
