Just suggest getting better tv service

I picked this hotel due to the short car ride to Pasatiempo Golf course (about 10-15 min). My initial room was window overlooking to swimming pool which extremely loud as there were many people in pool area so I asked front desk for a new room and they were nice enough to accommodate and change room facing parking lot which was much more quiet. The room I had was quite spacious and it was a typical Hyatt place hotel room. Beds were comfortable enough and there was shampoo and conditioner and soap bar but no body lotion. The valet for parking cost more than expected but it was fine, valet guys were nice and cars came out pretty fast. Our room came with free breakfast which is basic continental breakfast food. There is a great Chinese restaurant next to hotel and we ate there twice. There is a 7-11 store across street where we bought some stuff. If you need groceries, there is a Whole Foods store which was 5 minute drive. One complaint I would say is that the AC unit was very loud when it auto turned on, it was like a rocket engine turning on so it woke me up during the night each time the AC turned on. Overall a good stay for 3 nights.

Great breakfast, nice pool area, spacious room, friendly valet. Sofa bed was a bit uncomfortable and it was loud in the morning with doors constantly banging shut as we were near the staff service corridor.

It was clean and nice. We didn't find the bed all that comfortable. A little firm for our taste.

Staff is great but the room did not have AC we had to get a fan sent up maintenance was not around to fix the problem we were not offered to switch rooms just get a fan for the room

Good property and close to the Boardwalk. Valet parking only which makes it hard to go in and out of the property.

Such an awesome hotel! We loved the full hot breakfast included in our stay. A quick car ride to the boardwalk and down town area. Valet only was one of a financial bummer but the valet team was amazing! So kind and awesome recommendations for restaurants and activities. 10/10 would stay again!
