Ocean view and quiet rooms. The meals being made to order was a great experience. It shows that’s the staff is tending to your wants and needs.

Property is too far away from other amenities and attractions. Transportation is expensive. Food was great, but limited. The beach area and water were both congested with (sargassum (a genus of brown macroalgae (seaweed).)

This isn't a fancy resort, but we love it. It is charming and the service is outstanding. The ambiance has a fun and relaxed island feel to it with four to five star service. It's not fancy, but it is clean and nice -- perfect for us. All of the staff are very friendly and make you feel like a VIP. We feel like family here. The food is also delicious and we decided to try the all-inclusive premium package and we were very happy with it. We can't wait to go back for our third visit! The bed in our room was so comfortable, I miss it already.

The property is nice and lovely…it’s not your typical Mexico or Dominican Republic all inclusive. What entails is just your basic 3 meals a day(breakfast, lunch, dinner).High end meals/drinks like steak, lobster, top shelf alcoholic beverages are not included in all inclusive package, you will have to pay for them. That’s what you pay for when you sign up for the all inclusive. However they do offer the “upgrade package” of all inclusive. It’s 150.00 per person and you’ll have access to top shelf meals and drinks. Either I just think that needs to be clarified more when booking. Non the less this has been a very descent holiday. I had a lot of fun. I must really give a huge shout out to Bell Stand (bell hop/and greeter) Alexander and David the bartenders. All three of these individuals went above and beyond in their day to day duties. They made sure we were happy..and they all made sure we didn’t go without anything. If you go please say hello from the Torres’. The rest of the bartenders, did ok with their minimal efforts, but would be excellent if they tried a little bit harder. All the staff at the front desk were excellent as well they helped out with any room issues and information we needed. The staff taking care of excursions did fantastic as well!! They really gave us huge smiles, and made sure we felt at home in theirs beautiful country. Just one last thing, the resort is located 45 min away from 7 mile beach and George Town..taxis are EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE!! 71/2 rate

The property was very quiet!! The activities were scheduled but half of them didn't happen. Food was fair. Wasn't a fan of the dried out meat on the dinner buffet. No poolside service and then there were multiple days the Beach Bar didn't open until later in the afternoon. The pools need a good scrubbing and cleaning too! All in all thr Wyndham needs improvement.

For our family of five, we booked a double suite for our 2 teens and 20-year-old, and we had the main suite, and it was great. It was a quiet hotel and the evening/night entertainment was low key but enjoyable. This is a quiet hotel so it would not be the regular all inclusive hotel with massive nightly evening shows. The entertainment was playing bingo, a man playing steel pan, karaoke and a staff member playing music. There are racquets for tennis, Kayaks and paddle boards and snorkels. The rooms were spotless. There is a supermarket right across the street, as well as a place to rent a car with very reasonable rates. The staff is amazing and friendly. We enjoyed the food, it was quite tasty. We took the standard all inclusive package (as opposed to upgrading to the premium) and it was enough for our family. I thought it would not suffice but the portions were generous to fill my over 6 foot husband and 2 sons. The con while we stayed there was a lot of seaweed, but I won't blame nature on the hotel.

Terrible seaweed problem causing drainage-like smells and impossible to go into the sea. Digger operating 08:00 to 17:00 outside on the beach to construct wall to stop seaweed. Not at all relaxing or what we needed.

My husband and I stayed at the Wyndham reef resort for seven days. The property was immaculate. The room was very clean and updated. Everyone on the property was very respectful and very helpful and friendly. The property was not crowded at all, had no issues finding chairs on the beach. The service was amazing. Shout out to Ruel, David, Alexander, and all the staff in the restaurant. They took care of us and were helpful and giving us information about the Cayman Islands. The concierge ladies were so amazing and friendly, as well as the front desk staff. I wish I remembered more names, but we had the best experience in a wonderful time in our entire stay. The property is located on the east end of the island, which is much more secluded than 7 mile beach. Which is what we were looking for, it was very relaxing. We ran into a car from across the street, and explored the entire island. There is also a grocery store across the street which makes it convenient, when you need additional items for your stay. We had a run room condo, which was perfect.! We can’t wait to visit again. Thank you to all.

We had a wonderful time at this resort and truly enjoyed the experience. The food was fantastic, and I brought my fiancé to celebrate a special occasion, she had an amazing time, which meant a lot to both of us. I did want to share a bit of feedback regarding a couple of things we noticed. One was a menu item listed for Taco Tuesday that included a term that can be considered insensitive. As someone of Spanish background with a fiancé of European descent, we felt the name could be reconsidered, especially in a setting that welcomes guests from diverse backgrounds. Additionally, we had an uncomfortable experience with a staff member during dinner on Taco Tuesday. We inquired about substituting certain meats due to dietary preferences, but the response we received made my fiancé feel very uncomfortable. She was simply trying to enjoy her meal within her dietary needs and left feeling upset. That said, we appreciate the efforts of the majority of the staff, who were kind and professional throughout our stay. Despite the concerns mentioned, my fiancé truly enjoyed the trip, and for that, I’m grateful. Thank you to the many team members who helped make our visit memorable.

Ice, quiet place. Recommend having a car. Lots of chickens and staff didn’t clean walks around rooms. Not a big deal abut having a dishpan of water outside each room would be helpful.

They have one restaurant and menu to choose from. The food is good but It takes a long time to get it. They have 1 bar serving all drinks. It was fun but not worth the cost.

Only complaint was we had a $75 bar charge to our room that we did not make since we were all inclusive. We had such a lovely time that we didnt argue and just paid it.
