The hotel's location is very convenient for visiting the old town, the staff is enthusiastic and flexible. Although the air conditioner is dripping water, it does not affect the experience much.

Friendly and enthusiastic staff I rented a room for a friend, when I checked in the room was completely fine, but when I went out and came back, there was a very strong smell from the bathroom. Before leaving, I closed the door carefully, but when I came back, I found the door open, the curtains were pulled a little. At night, mice run very loudly

Clean hotel, comfortable bed, very helpful hotel staff. Too bad they don't provide breakfast, maybe because of the limited hotel building.

They kindly upgrade my room from standard to deluxe, yet the room was above the reception so I can hear everything under. And the restroom was unique, the soap put outside of shower area. Still, the location is good.

If you are Muslim, you should stay here, the location is very strategic, the hotel is nice, the staff are very friendly & helpful, there is a halal restaurant & circle ke also next door, highly recommended.

Everything is good, only the spring mattress is still used so it makes a bit of noise, very convenient for moving around.

The place is right in the old town, very convenient for traveling but very quiet. The staff are very enthusiastic and supportive. If I have the opportunity to go to Hanoi, I will come back and book a room here
