Great room with nice location and facilities. The free flow coffee and snacks in the morning are totally awesome. The receptionist is very helpful. Check in and out process were smooth too. I can store my luggae even after the check out.

The room was clean, amenities were complete, easy access to public transportation, near the central station and broadway, we could book shuttle bus directly from the hotel to the airports. Definitely would come back.

I reached the Hotel at 10pm, I saw there is only 1 reception and holded by handling 1 person for more than 30 mins to wait till he had me. His name is Nakul, not for queuing problem only but when he asked me to deposit 10AUD using my Credit Card, I told him that my PIN for my card hasn't created yet since I had the card, he insisted to use PIN instead of signature. And kept trying asked me to change my other card without the solutions. I tried using my debit card, and he complained about there's no chips on my card, f*** him and just tried, then finaly succeeded. my question is, how they returned my 10AUD to my debit card?

Good, strategic, we stayed 3 nights. Just not given soap when cleaning the room.

I love 28Hotel. Their staffs were superb and helpful, room was clean and comfort (although it's little bit small), and they have free quick breakfast for all customers who stay in hotel.

Location is great, get free bread, coffee, tea and tap water. The crews are helpful. Very recommended.
