It is very close to autostrada,which is good if you have car. The Breakfast was excellant,with a wonderful hostess. This lady is a big bonus to this hotel.The air-conditioning is building controlled,which would not suit everyone.The cleaner for our area had poor attention to detail. The lead cleaner was very good and corrected our issues.

- We were offered room in level 0, it was dirty and also aircon was not working, after complaining 3 times we were shifted to different room. - Room that was offered 2nd time was better than the 1st. Aircon was working. - There was a wierd smell from the towels, they all clean washed but not sure why.

Great location near arezzo, modern hotel.

I have been there a few times over the last year. Rooms are big and modern. Reception staff is nice. Cleaningness could be improved a bit especially in the bathroom. You cannot control the temp of the room from the thermostat in the room, you need to ask reception to adjust it. Buffet breakfast is ok Well located near the motorway.

Rooms are big and confortable, very modern. Bathroom is modern but I had the worst experience as everytime I opened the water in the shower black sticky mud would come out of it for the first couple of seconds.. That was really disgusting. Shower head in need of change. Light in th toilet is very dim so not ideal to do your make up. Breakfast is scarce and perso elle unattentive. I had dinner the first night there as I arrived late and even thougb there were only 4 tables a very confused waitress took over half an hour to come and get my order. Quality of the food very debatable... Let's say it was late and I was starving... Would go back only for the position which is very convenient

Ein sauberer Pool, die Nähe einer interessanten, schönen Stadt. Ruhig und erholsam.

Stile tondeggiante con il bianco e gli specchi che la fanno da padrone. Una grande Struttura adeguata. Posizione strategica. Colazione giusta.

Bel hotel di design, ottimamente mantenuto e comodo al casello dell'autostrada. Ampio parcheggio disponibile. Letto un po' troppo rigido. Camere ben insonorizzate. Colazione ottima e varia. Il sorriso dell'addetta alle colazioni vale da solo il viaggio!

ottimo hotel ottimo soggiorno, direi uno dei migliori hotel della zona. sky in camera che non si trova da nessuna altra parte quindi col rischio di non uscire neanche per rimanere a vedere la partita in camera :) . stile moderno, camere insonorizzate benissimo.

prenotato due camere con unica prenotazione all'arrivo assegnate camere una al piano terra altra al secondo piano, non bello per chi viaggia insieme con insistenza travata soluzione nello stesso piano. non tutto il personale cortese. fatto presente ascensore sporco a distanza di un'ora stesse condizione. colazione personale cortese, non ben fornita di prodotti.

Tres belle hotel avec belle grande chambre et buffet complet pour déjeuner et cappucino très bon. Le restaurant Gloos est tres bon aussi.

In verband met autopech hebben we hier twee dagen verbleven. Het hotel heeft een moderne uitstraling. Direct naast de A1. Zoon was heel blij met het zwembad. Vriendelijk personeel.
