I like everything but specially the way the answered all my questions, and always helped me with all my concerns. It was a wonderful stay and my family liked it. I will try to go back in the future.

Excellent place with a great customer service. I just would recommend to leave a copy of water bottles for people like us who arriivery late at night. I definitely recommend this beautiful place!!

Everyrhing was excellent except for the old towels and smells in the beddlings. Location was very convenient and view was amazing.

We absolutely loved this place. Great location!! View of the city is impressive. Close to nearby attractions, restaurants and shopping areas. We will be back in our next trip to Argentina.

La atencion por parte de los empleados fue muy satifactoria pero el mantenimiento del departmento en si no reflejo la imponente fachada y ubicacion del edificio. Poca limpieza en su interior previa y durante mi estadia. Tostadora no funcionaba el refrigerador tenia un ruido constante molesto y su interno estaba limpio una sola cubetera de agua y la los cables electricos conectados a la hornalla electrica sin ptoteccion y peligroso no obstante lo recomendaria.

The apartment is nice but of very low quality, the curtains are not Block out which is very bad at dawn, when you want to lower them they always fall off, so every day I had. To come and fix them. The cleaning of the apartment is every 5 days as well as the change of towels, which are of very poor quality, the employees do not even know the price to change them, one told me $ 5.00 for each and others $ 5.00 for the complete set. I advise you that when you arrive take photos of the conditions of the apartment and send them by WhatsApp because then I know, you want to charge as they did with us, for example they fill the toiletries and the hand soap was already broken on our arrival and they wanted to charge me, I had brought my own products so I did not use them, they were also very bad, first time in our stay we see this, everywhere where we have stayed are for the exclusive use of the tourist even in Cuba. The shower door didn't close well then all the water came out, they came to fix it but it was still the same. As for the sheets, the one that covers the mattress is not adjustable, so you practically wake up sleeping on the mattress. First time we have such a bad experience in our stay, that every year is a different destination. Of course I don't recommend it.

Unfortunately it was not disclosed that the pool is unavailable in shoulder seasons as well as winter. I chose the hotel for the Jacuzzi which was unavailable. The sauna is available but security have to turn it on and you come back after 15 minutes. The website says they have massage service available. nope. I did like that it was quiet on the upper floors. It was difficult to find when I got there near 11pm but people pointed me in the right direction. The reception is on the first floor after going through security at the entry and up an elevator. The staff were very helpful. I will absolutely stay here next time I am in Argentina. It was easy to catch an uber to where ever I was going. It definitely had a home away from home vibe for me.

The views of the rooms are fantastic. The decoration of the apartment was really nice. However, the towels, sheets and other basic ammenities are extremely poor. The air condittioning of the main room was doing so much noise that we turned off. There was not toilet paper on the first bathroom. It is so sad to see that they do not put any attention to this details. Beside those details that stop the property to be an EXCELLENT, still a good option and I would stay again if needed.

Whether you are on a business, family or solo trip, Top Rentals Downtown is located close to the main attractions of Buenos Aires, CABA. You are on a walking distance to convenience stores and restaurants, even if you arrive late at night. It is safe location since I was able to see some city police placed in some corners as a tourist location to bring some peace of mind. Try to get the studios that have city view, night
