Room was clean, good water pressure. Convenient to all the sites.

Room were unfortunately not well cleaned. Hair on duvets and beds, in the washroom, etc. location was great though.

So close to everything. Loved that you can walk anywhere. The beds are not as comfortable but for what is needed is enough.

Room was spotless but my room, room 65 had no phone and there was a leak in the hall outside my room, next to sitting area. Hotel was in an excellent area, close to everything; the historic sites, restaurants, etc. Pavel and Peter were very helpful and courteous. All in all, an excellent experience.

No facilities in room ie. Tea/coffee. Room smelt badly of smoke. Wasnt sure whether the toiletries in the shower were just body and/or hair. Seemed very watered down as didnt foam very well. We ended up buying our own. We had to buy an air freshener. The breakfast was not particularly good. Could have done with more cereal options and better fruit.

Especially liked the helpful young man at reception!

No laundry or laundry service, heater is not working, receptionist is not 24 hrs. No coffee nor complimentart water in the room, lift/ elevator only goes half way ( goodluck if you have heavy luggage coz you will need to drag it up/down stairs, they use regular key everywhere Its very hard to open the wooden gate. The only pro is Its walking distance to charles bridge, clock and most tourist spots.

Location is the Best.

The hotel is situated very locally and close to all attractions. The hotel staff were friendly enough but they close the reception from 10pm until 9am each day meaning the hotel is not staffed during this time frame.

I believe the Expedia posting of this facility is misleading. There is NO on location parking. The nearest parking is a city garage .7 kilometers away and costs guests ~$32.00 US per day. Additionally, the staff, in particular a young lady at the front desk was Less than enthusiastic about our arrival. She didn’t smile, not one. Frankly, she could have cared less when I raised the point regarding no parking. Disappointing

The layout is horrible. The location is fantastic. The bathroom shower is literally moldy. The room had a foul odor. There was no free breakfast, listing needs to reflect that. You only get one key so if you are with friends you must plan on being together or someone waking up and coming to get you, as there is no reception after 10pm.

Excellent stay, but do not be fooled by the Expedia description. It is not a big hotel with a Banquet Hall, Bar & Restaurant. 1 unused beer pump next to reception, they sell canned beer and wine and crisps to take up to your room. The restaurant i assume is the breakfast area in the basement, no other food served. It DOES have a glass lift built on the back of the building, so again wrong information, this took us up to the 6th Floor (the top) so not 4 Floors. 6 rooms on the top floor. We had a stunning view over Charles Bridge and the City and room was very clean, warm and quiet. The gentleman hotel receptionist was very kind and informative. The breakfast lady worked like a trojan to keep stocks up as other nationality guests quickly put large volumes of food in their bags for later??? Would definitley return as our stay was not hindered by our misconception of what we had booked, Stunning furniture in the room and common area out in the hallway, very very nice.

Our family of four adults stayed 2 nights. Hotel is very near all the major attractions in the old town area. We could easy walk to the places we wanted to visit . Lots of food options nearby Hotel arranged for airport pickup which was very convenient.

Didnt use internet. Staff lovely, breakfast good, room clean. Only thing which might be improved were the pillows which were a bit strange! Location perfect for our short stay, quiet but central.
