Excellent location for exploring the city

Very quiet, excellent friendly staff and facilities.. pool and spa next door.. Sauna in our apartment.. stored suitcases for late departure.. would recommend

Mixup with check-in, but everything else was very good. We picked the place for parking and parking was provided and they were very flexible about check-out for us.

Luxury apt with very nice management! Right next to the Lemon gym and a few minutes to the Vistula river and the Hala Forum! I will happily go back!

Property has a good location and is in quiet area.

When we booked this it said the reception was open 9-9 daily... not the case and when we arrived there was no one on site to check us in. Thankfully our driver made some calls and after about an hour someone came. All they did was give us the key - couldn’t figure out how to get any of the appliances to work and whenever I’d stop at reception there was no one there. Location is ok if you don’t mind walking a couple miles to get anywher.

Found everything great about this place, it is only an apartment. The breakfast wasn't in our building but it was a few mins walk over the road. For a buffet. Usually it's a continental breakfast I find at European buffets. Not this one. It had everything to make a full English, which topped it off for us! Even a fresh omlette/ pancakes/ waffles to order if you wanted to. If I ever come to Krakow again, I will be staying at the A11 Apartments!

The apartment was pretty nice, we loved the extra sink space in each room as it made getting ready much easier. It looks as though they are renovating and put the room together too quick. Some small things missing like a vent cover, outlet cover, and I think a hole where a smoke detector was supposed to go. We could not get the sauna to work but the shower/sauna combo would have been great. The beds were comfy and although we did not have time to try any of the spa offerings they were all reasonably priced. Within walking distance to many restaurants and historic landmarks.

Etablissement sans aucune réception ; il s'agit plus d'un airbnb. Il a été impossible d'échanger avec nos hôtes et la seule fois où nous les avons vu pour récupérer nos valises cela a été glacial. La relation client est pourtant essentiel pour partager des conseils avec ses clients. Il me semble ... Au niveau confort le rapport qualité prix est très correct. Cependant l'établissement est plutôt à trente minutes à pied du Château du Wawel mais la ballade en longeant la vistule est très agréable. Attention la piscine en photo n'est pas dans l'établissement mais au club lemon situé à côté (comme la salle de sport) : la piscine est plus une patageoire pour enfants et le prix est dissuasif pour une heure (cf site web du club). Nous disposions du studio qui est de fait une véranda au toit vitrée donnant sur les balcons des appartements situés au dessus. C'est assez dérangeant pour l'intimité et pour les réveils tardifs ...

L'appartamento è molto bello e molto pulito. Il proprietario molto disponibile. Il centro è raggiungibile con una piacevole camminata di 10 -15 min. Molto piacevole l'idromassaggio a fine giornata.

Logement très propre, calme et très spacieux avec de grande pièce, literie confortable. Rien à redire sur le logement Le seul point négatif est que l’on nous vend un logement avec piscine dans la résidence, mais celle ci est payante en supplément par jour.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr günstig. Das Schlafen ohne richtige Verdunkelung im Studio war gewöhnungsbedürftig. Es fiel uns schwer bei der Anreise die Rezeption zu finden.

Appartamento moderno, pulito e spazioso, dotato di tutto:lavastoviglie,lavatrice, macchina del caffe', ventilatore e piccola aria condizionata. Fuoribdal centro ma comodissimo perche' con i mezzi ci si sposta facilmente, consiglio di utilizzare i mrzzi perche' visotando la citta a poesi alla fine della giornata si fanno veramente tanti chilometri. Con la reception abbiamo orgnanozzato sia il transfer in aeroporto sia la gita ad auschwitz

Perfekt placering. Gå afstand til Krakow centrum. Morgenmad lækker, dog viste vi ikke at man skulle gå 500 meter til Hilton hvor morgenmad blev serveret, men ingen problem i det. Fantastisk vært som hjalp ved modtagelse og afrejse. Så alt i alt, kan 100 % anbefales til familier der ønsker at bo tæt på alt i Krakow.

Lägenheten var fin men de två bäddsofforna som fanns var inte sköna. De saknade bäddmadrass vilket gjorde att de inte kändes så rena. Vi bokade lägenheten för att ha tillgång till bad. Det var ett allmänt bad vilket vi inte förstod. När vi försökte bada var det simskola och helt fullt i bassängen. Gymmet var väldigt bra. Både gym och bad kostade extra
