The hotel is lovely, in a great location with newly refurbished rooms and friendly and helpful staff. HOWEVER, the water was lukewarm/cold and the heating could not be adjusted above a certain level so we had very brief cold showers and slept in a cold room on a wet and cold night in Limoges. Pretty miserable. We selected the hotel as we have an electric car and there is EV charging on site. We tried various things for about an hour but could not get it to work. I realise it is run by a third party (DriveCo) and we have contacted them but Campanile advertise it as a hotel facility so I think you should also contact the company. We did tell the receptionist and she was helpful but couldn’t suggest anything we hadn’t already tried. She did say that other guests had the same problem. For us, it meant that we wasted our rest time in Limoges and then had to stop earlier and for longer than planned on our drive the next day.
So, overall, very disappointing.
