The staff was friendly. The beds were very uncomfortable they were very hard we stayed two nights and the second night i had to stay up because my back and hips and ribs hurt so bad from the night before. We were going up to our room the first night and the elevator had urine in the floor and you could tell it was because of the smell and they were notified but yet the next morning you could see where it wasnt cleaned and dried. The hotel isnt bad just dont expect to sleep comfortably.

It was our first time staying here. It exceeded our expectations. Clean, really nice staff, free breakfast.

I stayed in a suite that holds up to 7 people. When we arrived the room smelled like a wet dog. Also we pulled out the couch the doubles as a bed it had crumbs on it and the other twin beds had hair on them. The mini fridge had an old 2 liter of soda someone left and the ice bucket had old water in it. Obviously the room was not cleaned. I was so disappointed because I read a lot of reviews before I reserved a room and they were all good. Would I recommend this motel? No. I should not have to call staff to have my room cleaned properly. They Febreze they left with me was some watered down cheap version. Thank goodness we were there just overnight.

This location was absolutely amazing!! The staff were super welcoming & extremely pleasant! Room was comfortable and clean with great amenities. The breakfast was impeccable!! I very much enjoyed our short stay at this location!! 10 out of 10 for sure!!!

We had car trouble and was running late trying to get to the nearby hospital for my daughter’s surgery at 6:00 am. Jessica at the front desk went above and beyond helping us.

We have stayed here many times and the only issue I had this stay was I requested a top floor room which we didn’t get so we had a heard of elephants over our heads for 2 nights. I would understand if the hotel was at capacity but the parking lot we could see had at most 6 cars in it most nights.

My family enjoyed their stay. Staff are so friendly and accommodating. Check in and out was a breeze. Hotel is clean

Excellent property, location, accommodations, breakfast, and staff. Highly recommend. Ryan and Taylor are excellent representatives of Holiday Inn. Excellent on all attributes is not an exaggeration.
