Very bad. Here's a late check out at 2 pm, special requests. Because we stayed the 2nd night, the first night we paid as usual. The receptionist is a talking page. I always bothered every time we asked. Our room is expensive. But the service was terrible. We stay the 2nd per night, requesting a good room, we get the 2nd floor, we're lazy to walk it far. So we went down to ask the receptionist. The receptionist said no. with a dissatisfied tone and his face was sullen and ignored us. Then she bent down to continue writing. To be honest, there's not much manners. We've been doing hotels where we stand all the time. Talk to customers and look at them all the time. This one is not at all. Stay for 2 nights. 😏 Seriously, if we post it on Facebook, it's like a story 😏
