Hotel was great

The front desk staff was definitely a credit to his profession! I believe his name was Darien or Darren or Darius? Solid dude.

Sammi was amazing and so welcoming.. I loved it there wanted to stay another night but we had other plans and the bartender on 4th of July was so nice and patient and very funny .. the other Latina gal needs some bedside manner training asked her if any firework show around and she came out wit everyones been asking me idk ..but other than that wonderful time

Spacious room. Good transport facility to airport. Good variety of restaurants in the area. One of the bathroom sink drains was broken

Overall it was good. However, there was only one working elevator so that delayed getting to and from the room. Especially when carrying bags

courteous and helpful. Clean, spacious, comfortable room in excellent condition. Good wifi. Great value overnight stay with convenient airport shuttle.

The room was nice in general and the hotel was clean but we found various unknown hairs in the bed sheets, the shower, and on the sink.

The world's slowest elevator and not having microwaves in the rooms is a drawback. Also no vending machine in the vending area just an ice machine. The hotel bar is nice and the bartender is cool, the breakfast should be free

Great hotel! They offer so many options and amenities as part of their upgrade to improve my stay I didn’t take advantage of it. The next time I’m back in LA I will stay here.

Only 1 elevator working. Extended wait times. Dated decor. Charge for everything- parking, breakfast. No complimentary coffee - pay for breakfast only. Beds not very comfortable, bed frame stuck out and was easy to knock ankles/leg against. Would not recommend.

The property’s appearance is great but staff is not helpful , slightly rude . Parking is easy but the paying method is not easy I tried 5 times to pay , made me union an app to get better parking rate , still paid the 27 dollars. I tried it but I won’t be back . It’s sad because it has every potential but just little things are a big thing in a hotel .
