This hotel is terrible. There is no reception/staff working there, which they tell you shortly before you arrive, but in my case their notification asked me to email them my phone number to get an sms message with a link to get my mobile key. There are two problems with this. 1. I'm traveling international and my phone isn't receiving SMS atm so I would have never received the SMS. 2. The larger problem though was the email address they gave me to email was ---@----- this is not a valid email address even if I could receive SMS I couldn't give them my number to send it. I replied to their initial message letting them know that I did not receive a valid email address to send a number to. I got an automated message back saying they received it and I would receive an email soon.... I have already checked out and started flying home, I still have not received an email. During the stay the room looks fine but it has no AC and it was very hot, we had to open the windows to the busy street below that kept us up at night. The bathroom had by far the worst toilet paper I have ever used, like worse than any public toilet, it disintegrated at the smallest moisture. There was a small bit of blood on the sheets and there is no staff to complain to. In the morning house keeping asked if we wanted new towels as we were leaving, we said yes and they did not give us new towels or clean the room. The shower is absolutely horrid, it doesn't have a door and there is no central drain.

I loved that the one that I stayed in was so helpful as finding the Xhibition one was challenging. I never did get an email telling me where/how to check in, so I went to the Korskirkin one to get help. (My flights were canceled and I ended up there one night early and needed a room). I was so impressed with the reception staff that I asked to move my reservation to there.

International phone numbers, or specifically from the US, do not receive the text message with your card key number so you'll have to call the hotel for the key card. They were very quick to answer though and everything was clean and tidy! Great for the price

I didnt like having to check in at another hotel as there were no staff on site. I have had on occasions when my key card didnt work. Fortunately this time this didnt happen otherwise i would have had to walk back to the original hotel where i checked in. In most hotels next to a kettle are tea bags coffee, milk etc. I was surprise to see two pairs of ear plugs. Loud music was played until the early hours on Saturday night

This has unique interior decor which is pretty funky. Unfortunately the room stank of very bad drain smell. Being late at night and no reception we were forced to stay in the room When we did venture to the other hotel with a reception to complain a very disinterested and rude male receptionist had obviously heard it all before could have cared less!

It was the first time for us to have keyless entry. Found it a bit stressful as I did not always have wifi. Our friends room would not open and had to find the office to obtain physical keys.

Hotel was in a good location, going to the other hotel to get a key wasn’t too much of a faff. Tv kept coming on at 4am and the night club stopped sleep over the weekend

Unfortunately the electronic key for the phone did not work and I had to go to the reception at another hotel to get the keys. It is not possible to walk between the two with large bags which makes it very difficult. With no staff at this venue it just felt very strange. After check out our flight was late in the afternoon so we had a problem storing our bags as well, in this case the staff were helpful

The hotel is above a mall and does not have a lobby or any staff on site. They try to use an app for the door keys, but it didn't work so I had to walk to their sister hotel a few minutes away to get a physical key (seemed like that was fairly common). It also gets a bit noisy at night (the hotel has earplugs in the rooms already)
